Now that's an award-winning team! 🌟 Colleagues from our wonderful HR team, together with Owner & Chair of Noble Foods Sarah Dean, have collected the 'Leading with Purpose' award from the 2024 #BusinessCultureAwards! The judging panel commented on our company "putting culture at the heart of its decisions", while we also received praise for our "clear goal to prioritise pride and care for our colleagues" and for "strong business results" as a result. We also received a Highly Commended award in the 'Business Culture Team' category, for our work in creating the Noble Leaders Group! 🙌 Huge congratulations to all of our colleagues.
