It's time again for our 'Meet the Team' series, where we introduce you to each member of our Lbox team. Today we're meeting Anne, another of our Key Account Managers. Here's what she had to say when we spoke to her: 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝗟𝗯𝗼𝘅? Two and a half years, and they have flown by as I've enjoyed meeting many clients across the UK. Listening to their stories and challenges and knowing we can make their job easier is very rewarding. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲? I show my clients the simplest, most effective way to connect with locals who need to know about the work they’re doing in communities. I love the simplicity of the solution we offer and that my clients have expressed that we provide real value in their community engagement. A client recently referred to tellthem™ as a ‘no-brainer’, which certainly makes my job a lot easier as we all strive to work smarter. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝗟𝗯𝗼𝘅? I love to learn and during my time at Lbox I can genuinely say that I’ve learnt a lot, particularly about myself and how differently each of us approach and operate in the world. Our team had our DISC profiles done to better understand each other’s preferences. This exchange of perspectives has made us examine, adopt, adapt and assert the ways that we work independently and with each other, and ultimately improve our communication. It’s been challenging but equally satisfying as we grow as individuals and as a team. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗼𝗯𝗯𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸? Outside of work, I love art, from landscapes to life drawing, watercolours to collage, prints to pastels. Colour, pattern, and mark-making are all good for the soul. My personal challenge is to consistently practice this year, concentrating on improving my skills in portraiture. Any volunteers? 🎨🖌️ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝘆? There’s no place like home and, being from Dublin, it must be the beautiful expanse of Portmarnock Beach. This is my go-to whenever I fly back and where I intend to go more often in 2025. 🏖️ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝘆? I would love to see into the future. We did it! The Lbox team braved the pelting rain and muddy track on Sunday to run or walk 5km around Marble Hill Park, raising funds for Richmond Borough Mind. Amazing effort from the team this morning at the Mental Elf 5k for Richmond Borough Mind. It was cold, muddy and (very) wet but everyone smashed it!
