Huge thanks to our generous partner News Scotland for hosting yet another fun-filled NABS Scottish Golf Day. ⛳ The day was a sell-out and it showed in the generosity of the 74 golfers and sponsors News Scotland, STV Group plc and StackAdapt as it raised an incredible £12k! NABS Scottish Advertising Golf Day & Fundraising Dinner 2024 ⛳ Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hosting this incredible event at the picturesque Craigielaw Golf Club in Aberlady, East Lothian. News Scotland and STV Group plc were the proud sponsors. This event continues to go from strength to strength, raising much-needed funds for our industry charity, NABS. It was fantastic to see so many enthusiastic participants filling the golfing slots, networking, and enjoying the beautiful coastal scenery... with a little bit of rain of course it's a Scottish event! All proceeds from the event go directly to NABS, helping to improve the well being of everyone in the advertising, marketing and media community. The second annual NABS Walk and Talk took place in the sunshine last week with over 100 adlanders (and one baby adlander) from across our industry coming together to enjoy a beautiful stroll through leafy south London. The NABS team were on hand to offer talking prompts were provided to encourage meaningful conversations and connections, and of course good food and drink were enjoyed along the way. One of the walkers said of the event" "walking and talking with so many different type of people really opened up so many opportunities, and also so many conversations as well". We couldn't have put it better ourselves. See you next year!

What a fantastic day at Craigielaw Golf Club for the NABS golf day this week. It was great to head up to Scotland, see so many familiar faces and share stories. The work NABS do for our industry, is unfortunately being received by greater numbers of people each year, so it was good to come together and help raise funds to support colleagues now, and those who may be affected in the future. It was also lovely to meet some new faces, and share our passion for radio, and everything audio #NABS #radio #radioexperts #allseasonsinoneday
