About us
Proven solutions for brownfield remediation from design through to implementation and regulatory sign off. We have extensive experience of adopting both conventional and innovative technologies for soil and groundwater remediation, treating a wide variety of contaminants under tight project timescales, safely and efficiently. We regularly support developer clients across the UK with combined remediation and enabling works packages, ensuring rapid discharge of contamination related planning conditions whilst also delivering 'build ready' development platforms. We also work with manufacturing, logistics and infrastructure clients on remediation projects on their operational sites, typically for ongoing statutory and corporate responsibility objectives. We work with clients during corporate transactions. We have delivered a number of multi million pound total risk transfer packages, working with specialist brokers and underwriters to combine insurance with fixed price remediation solutions at transaction stage to aid the divestment of environmentally challenging property assets.
