I enjoyed hearing about how your businesses are growing and your positive impact on the market. For any leaders in my network, an interesting takeaway from one of the talks highlighted putting yourself first to ensure you're being an effective leader. For example, if you feel like you need a break, take one and step back to relax and reflect. It's time to offer a variety of times and days for interviews. 🧐 Did you know many schools in France close on Wednesdays? 💭 An interview on this day could be inconvenient for parents with young children. 🧐 During Ramadan, many Muslims fast from sunrise to sunset. 💭 An interview late in the day could affect their energy levels and performance. 🧐 Many parents are responsible for dropping their children off at school. 💭 An interview during these times could add extra stress. 🧐 Consider candidates with health conditions or disabilities with fluctuating energy levels. 💭 Scheduling interviews between 10:00-11:00 AM or 1:00-3:00 PM can be more inclusive.
