- 🌞✨ Happy Friday and Day 5 of Hope Week! ✨🌞 Let’s fill Instagram with some positivity today! 📸💚 Share a photo of your favourite spot in nature. Here’s one from Arran at The Wildlife Trusts – “I don’t get to travel down there often, but the coastlines of Cornwall are about as good as our world gets in my eyes. Dramatic cliff faces, golden beaches, blue seas ... sometimes when I’m at my desk working, I close my eyes and imagine I’m stood barefoot on the beach smelling salty air and feeling the cold sea water around my ankles as the tide comes in. It reminds me of family holidays as a kid and brings me a mix of nostalgia and hope for the future!” 💚 Day 5 Challenge: Post a picture of your favourite place in nature, and let’s spread some love for our wild spaces! 🌿🌊 #HopeWeek

The Wildlife Trusts are urging the UK Government to move forward, enabling this curriculum to foster not only understanding but a true, lasting connection with the natural world. Natural History GCSE | The Wildlife Trusts wildlifetrusts.org - It’s day 3 of #COP29 and #HopeWeek. Decisions made in #Baku could have a huge impact on the planet, but even things we do at home can help. Sometimes it can feel like small changes won't make a difference. But did you know just by: 💡using less energy 🚌opting for public transport 🥦reducing meat ♻️ choosing sustainably sourced products can make a huge difference for the planet. Plus, doing something positive can boost your mood and reduce anxiety! 🙌✨ 🔗Day 3 Hope Week Challenge: Make a promise to do one thing differently in your life that benefits the planet, and encourage a friend, family member, or colleague to do the same. Follow the link in our bio for more inspiration Share your promises in the comments! ❤️
- 🌟 It’s Day 2 of Hope Week! 🌟 What’s something that people and nature have in common? RESILIENCE! 🌱✨ Just like forests that recover after a wildfire and coral reefs that bounce back after bleaching, nature shows us the power of resilience. You have that strength too! Just like a mighty oak tree, let your roots keep you grounded, no matter how tough things get. You will grow again! 🌳💚 Day 2 Hope Week Challenge: Be more tree! Take a moment for yourself! Follow this link https://wtru.st/4fBUtd9 to listen to our Wild about Wellbeing podcast and why not try a grounding exercise and a guided meditation.
