“Richard is an expert. More than this, he is generous with his knowledge, razor-sharp with his insights and utterly convincing in his vision for the potential of digital. Working with him on the initial UCD video channel, he helped us move beyond our expectations, and showed us how we could achieve a higher return on our online investment.”
