The objective of this study was to analyze the impact of trust and service quality on customer lo... more The objective of this study was to analyze the impact of trust and service quality on customer loyalty of Islamic Banks in which religiosity plays a role as moderator. This study identified how trust and service quality of Islamic banks in terms of their conformity with Sharia principles and their safe handling of deposits affect costumer loyalty towards them. The data for the study were collected through questionnaires from 120 individuals participated in the survey using accidental sampling method. The data were analyzed through structural equation modelling – partial least square (SEM-PLS) with WarpPLS 7.0 version of software. The results showed that trust had a positive impact on loyalty of Islamic banks customers. Moreover, it was confirmed that service quality had a positive relationship with customer loyalty of Islamic banks. However, the results could not identify any significant moderating role of religiosity on the relationship between trust on loyalty and service quality ...

This research explores the mediating role of the value perceived and received by consumers (custo... more This research explores the mediating role of the value perceived and received by consumers (customer-perceived value) in the context of brand experience and relational benefits, as well as their impact on consumers' willingness to pay more. Additionally, this research investigates consumers' desires to share experiences via social media (e-WOM) when consuming these products and services with their relatives. Using a purposive sampling technique, we obtained responses from 256 consumers of fast-food restaurants spread across Jakarta. The research results prove that relational benefits and brand experience are important in building consumer perceived value, ultimately influencing the emergence of positive e-WOM and the willingness of fast-food restaurant consumers to pay more.

This has resulted in competition among car companies to attract consumers to use their products and even make their customers repeat purchases. Manufacturers also need to understand consumer behavior towards products or brands in the market, then various ways need to be done to make consumers interested in the products they produce because everyone's preferences and attitudes towards objects are different. This research was conducted at the Honda Banjarbaru car dealer in South Kalimantan, which is one of the Honda car dealers in South Kalimantan which experienced a decline in sales due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to examine the role of customer satisfaction in mediating the effect of brand image and price on repurchase intention. This research was conducted using Simple Random Sampling method. The results of the analysis conclude that brand image has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest. Price has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest. Customer satisfaction mediating between brand image and repurchase intention is a significant effect.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh employee burnout dan organizational commitment te... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh employee burnout dan organizational commitment terhadap job satisfaction yang dimediasi oleh organizational citizenship behavior. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 62 karyawan yang diambil dari total 119 karyawan Sekolah Jubilee. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner elektronik yang diberikan secara digital kepada responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan untuk employee burnout dan organizational commitment terhadap job satisfaction tetapi organizational citizenship behavior tidak memediasi pengaruh employee burnout dan organizational commitment terhadap job satisfaction. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa organizational commitment berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap job satisfaction, employee burnout berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap job satisfaction. Simpulan, sekolah Jubilee perlu memperhatikan tingkat komitmen dan kesehatan mental para karyawan dan guru agar tingkat kepuasan kerja tetap terjaga. Sekolah Jubilee juga perlu menjalin relasi emosional dengan para karyawan dan guru agar perilaku organizational citizenship benar-benar dilakukan untuk kebaikan sekolah dan bukan hanya untuk kepentingan peserta didik.

Adanya peningkatan jumlah pasien RSIA Bunda Sejahtera sejak akhir tahun 2017-2020 yang didominasi... more Adanya peningkatan jumlah pasien RSIA Bunda Sejahtera sejak akhir tahun 2017-2020 yang didominasi oleh pasien BPJS Kesehatan mendorong pengelola untuk menjaga kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan oleh rumah sakit. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat adanya hubungan dan pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung dari kualitas layanan dan penanganan keluhan terhadap loyalitas dengan dimediasi oleh kepuasan pasien pengguna BPJS Kesehatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pasien pengguna BPJS Kesehatan yang berobat di rumah sakit dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk pengolahan data adalah SMART-PLS. Dilakukan uji validitas (Convergent Validity dan Discriminant validity) dan uji reliabilitas (Cronbach's Alpha dan Composite Reliability) dengan hasil uji keduanya valid dan reliabel. Kualitas Layanan dan Penanganan Keluhan mempengaruhi Loyalitas sebesar 53,2 % (Nilai R-Square 53,2 %). Pada hasil uji Hipotesis pengaruh langsung seperti kualitas layanan dan penanganan keluhan lebih mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien kecuali kepuasan pasien dan penanganan keluhan terhadap loyalitas tidak mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan (P<0.05). Pada uji Hipotesis pengaruh tidak langsung kualitas layanan dan penanganan keluhan terhadap loyalitas yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pasien mempunyai hubungan yang tidak signifikan (P<0.148). Dengan hasil tersebut kami menyarankan untuk pengembangan kinerja rumah sakit sebaiknya lebih memperhatikan hubungan pengaruh langsung kualitas layanan dan penanganan keluhan terhadap kepuasan pasien dan loyalitas.

The purpose of this study is to determine the magnitude of the influence Flight Experience and Flight Proficiency against pilots decision making which has implications for aviation safety. The method in this study used quantitative descriptive analysis, with 99 respondents. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires Google Forms and analyzed with the app SmartPLS 4.0. The conclusions obtained in this study put Flight Experience and Flight Proficiency does not affect flight safety if not mediated by the pilot decision making and flight safety is affected by pilots decision making.

ABSTRAK Covid-19 yang melanda dunia berdampak global pada seluruh tatanan sendi kehidupan, utaman... more ABSTRAK Covid-19 yang melanda dunia berdampak global pada seluruh tatanan sendi kehidupan, utamanya pada sektor ekonomi, terkhusus pada penurunan kegiatan produksi, distribusi, dan konsumsi yang berakhir dengan menurunnya tingkat kemakmuran atau kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pandemi Covid-19 membawa dampak kepada menurunnya pertumbuhan ekonomi hampir di seluruh dunia termasuk negara ASEAN-5. Paper ini hendak melakukan komparasi atas faktor penentu pertumbuhan ekonomi yang dimiliki oleh negara ASEAN-5 dengan mengambil referensi model teori pertumbuhan ekonomi baru (new growth economy) yang dikembangkan oleh Sollow dan Roomer. Paper ini adalah tinjauan deskriptif eksplanatif komparatif yang bertujuan melakukan komparasi dan penjelasan atas faktor penentu pertumbuhan ekonomi di negara Asean-5. Hasil komparasi menunjukkan bahwa dalam pendapatan per kapita, Indonesia tertinggal dari Singapura, Malaysia, dan Thailand. Ketertinggalan Indonesia ini terletak pada masih rendahnya faktor modal manusia serta penelitian dan pengembangan (litbang) dibandingkan dengan negara ASEAN-5.

A bold example is Tesla's AI Bot named Optimus in the @TeslaAIBot account and a new GPT used for Twitter commentaries called @ReplyGPT. Content Analysis was the methodology for this research, with crawling data related to ChatGPT from Twitter from December 2022-January 2023. Both served as the bridge between humans and AI, and both pushed awareness that there are other creatures than humans. The sequential explanatory design method will discover a new perspective of GPT as advanced technology. People realise that the closest thing that could change human civilisation is language models.

This study will examine aspects of administrative services, medical services, and drug availability and their influence on patient satisfaction, with waiting time as a moderating variable, at Pakuhaji Hospital, Tangerang Regency. The research method was a descriptive study using a questionnaire instrument with a sample of 92 patients at Pakuhaji General Hospital, Tangerang Regency. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat adanya hubungan dan pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung dari kualitas layanan dan penanganan keluhan terhadap loyalitas dengan dimediasi oleh kepuasan pasien pengguna BPJS Kesehatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pasien pengguna BPJS Kesehatan yang berobat di rumah sakit dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk pengolahan data adalah SMART-PLS. Paper ini hendak melakukan komparasi atas faktor penentu pertumbuhan ekonomi yang dimiliki oleh negara ASEAN-5 dengan mengambil referensi model teori pertumbuhan ekonomi baru (new growth economy) yang dikembangkan oleh Sollow dan Roomer. Paper ini adalah tinjauan deskriptif eksplanatif komparatif yang bertujuan melakukan komparasi dan penjelasan atas faktor penentu pertumbuhan ekonomi di negara Asean-5. Hasil komparasi menunjukkan bahwa dalam pendapatan per kapita, Indonesia tertinggal dari Singapura, Malaysia, dan Thailand. Ketertinggalan Indonesia ini terletak pada masih rendahnya faktor modal manusia serta penelitian dan pengembangan (litbang) dibandingkan dengan negara ASEAN-5.

This study was carried out in a descriptive qualitative manner by reviewing much scientific evidence that has been made public in national and international publications for data published in the last ten years. After getting the data, we review it under the phenomenological approach, where we look at the data, and the volume to answer problems that we believe can answer the problem with the principles of validity and high quality. Disruption can actually be a social phenomenon that exists even in Indonesian society. However, the current state is making the disruption become a commercial interest. A bold example is Tesla's AI Bot named Optimus in the @TeslaAIBot account and a new GPT used for Twitter commentaries called @ReplyGPT. Content Analysis was the methodology for this research, with crawling data related to ChatGPT from Twitter from December 2022-January 2023. Both served as the bridge between humans and AI, and both pushed awareness that there are other creatures than humans. The sequential explanatory design method will discover a new perspective of GPT as advanced technology. People realise that the closest thing that could change human civilisation is language models.

This study will examine aspects of administrative services, medical services, and drug availability and their influence on patient satisfaction, with waiting time as a moderating variable, at Pakuhaji Hospital, Tangerang Regency. The research method was a descriptive study using a questionnaire instrument with a sample of 92 patients at Pakuhaji General Hospital, Tangerang Regency.
