With this said, some details of the implemented projects will be assessed and given them, the projects that are in pipeline will be matched against those lessons learned. It is no brainer that the investment climate dictates much of the prerequisites of how the projects has been implemented and thus assess the critical factors contributing to their shortcomings. Given the nature of projects that were adopted for the first instance, as with many other countries, it could be inferred that they will naturally come to some shortcomings. Provided the narrative, here the notion of "best practice and how it can be taken as guidance for further implementation" will be pointed out. ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF AFGHANISTAN

Three Mile Island, Chernobyl, and Fukushima-the three most famous nuclear accidents-were legacy designs. Even though nuclear power has the best safety record of any type of electricity generation, it's time to switch to advanced nuclear, a truly renewable source of clean, safe energy. Advanced nuclear energy has a far greater renewable potential than solar and wind power combined. In terms of safety, waste minimization, true renewability for thousands of years, process heat for manufacturing, and a viable alternative to our chemical manufacturing dependence on fossil fuels, advanced nuclear is the best option for making the transition to carbon-neutral energy. "There are few opportunities for chemical or Mechanical engineers in nuclear," some of my coworkers tell me. I don't agree. Opportunities include designing and operating plants that use molten salts, liquid metal, and helium at high temperatures (550-750 °C); use of this capability at high temperatures for industrial process heating; recycling nuclear "waste" from the past in order to supply fuel for modern reactors; incorporation of the hydrogen economy into the design and operation of nuclear power plants; advancements in advanced reactor technology for moving pebble-beds; improvements to the mining of uranium and thorium, such as the extraction of uranium from seawater; molten salt storage systems for process heat functionality and improvement of load following functionality; overcoming issues with corrosion in molten salt reactors; and converting existing refineries based on oil and gas into nuclear biorefineries. Uranium-235 (U235) is the only naturally occurring fissile isotope. The U235 atoms split and produce heat in a nuclear reactor.

The world requests ever growing energy supplies to sustain economic development and improvement. Renewable and sustainable energy ever more becoming accepted and established a decisive place in energy system of the word due to ecologically responsive insight and a decrease in equipment expenses. Consistent with its endowment of energy resources, each country tried to figure out its own energy portfolio and employing technologies, which are economically viable and socially equitable, and have minimal adverse impacts. The study found Afghanistan power sector as one of the least developed sector which its inadequate status is preventing the development of the country as well. Even though, the energy is not the only panacea, but cost effective energies in abundant quantity and quality on sustainable foundation will help to reach to demand socio-economic development. The results indicate that Afghanistan due to its natural and geographical situations enjoys important prospective for renewable energy bases such as solar, wind, geothermal and micro hydro power. Renewable energies could offer the ultimate solution for Afghanistan in general, and rural areas in actual. But, switch to altered forms of energy is grounded in multifaceted iterations. The study indicates number of issues such as great upfront charges, absence of providers, insufficient funding appliances, and feeble indorsed and methodological capability overwhelm and affected the use of renewable energies and technologies in Afghanistan.

Ocean Wave Energy is one of the proposed approaches, which of course can utilize the immense Wave motion of oceans and convert it into electrical energy for other purposes .
Ocean Wave energy Power Take off systems vary greatly from one another, Power take of Systems are in development and many design has been proposed , not a universally acceptable design has yet been chosen.
This paper provides an up-to-date review of the status of ocean wave energy technology and identifies some of the key barriers challenging the development of ocean wave energy. The current devices in use a feasibility study , A study the effects of coastline on wave power absorption, a full scale model , describing here a linearized theory of an oscillating water column (OWC) installed on a straight coast will be taken in account and The future development of ocean wave energy devices is discussed as well as examining the importance of a supportive policy to assist development.

Solar Energy is one of the proposed approaches, These devices produce electricity directly from electromagnetic radiation, especially light, without any moving parts. Although the theoretical potential of PV worldwide is very high, it is difficult to quote 2 0 1 9 a single figure for this potential. Of the total solar radiation reaching the earth s surface each year only a minute part (about 0.003%) is equivalent to global electricity demand today. The potential of PV is part of the potential of all kinds of utilization of solar radiation energy. to improve the light trapping , concentrators are used to increase the energy output of the solar system and other various methods from manufacture to optimized design is discussed. A review of the trend in technology development, in particular the advancements in recent years and the future work required,The PV/T collectors are very promising devices which enable better space utilization, savings during supporting construction and simultaneous conversion of solar radiation into the thermal and electrical energy and other various methods from manufacture to optimized design is discussed
