Step 01 Log In to Self-Service Sign in to your Self-Service portal to access your student billing account.

Step 02 Make a Payment Navigate to the Make a Payment section within your billing account.

Step 03 Select Payment Plan Choose the Nelnet payment plan option and select how much of your balance to spread into installments.

Step 04 Enroll & Pay Fee Complete enrollment by paying the one-time $35 semester fee. Your balance is then split into interest-free monthly installments.

Please note: The $35 enrollment fee applies per semester plan and is non-refundable. For questions about your balance or payment plan options, contact the Student Accounts office or log in to MyUMO.
