Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesalahan perilaku guru dalam pembelajaran di KB Meka... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesalahan perilaku guru dalam pembelajaran di KB Mekar Sari Kecamatan Ngargoyoso Kabupaten Karanganyar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Obyek penelitian ini adalah perilaku guru di dalam pembelajaran. Pengumpulan data perilaku guru dalam pembelajaran diperoleh melalui observasi. Teknik validasi data dengan trianggulasi teknik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu model analisis konten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kesalahan perilaku guru dalam pembelajaran yaitu, guru terkadang Marah, guru sering Memerintah dan Melarang (3M). Beberapa perilaku guru yang seharusnya dilakukan dapat dilihat dalam tahapan TBC (Teacher Behaviour Continuum) atau kontinum perilaku guru dalam pembelajaran.

The purpose of this study was to determine the need for Micro Teaching Guidelines for PG PAUD UMS... more The purpose of this study was to determine the need for Micro Teaching Guidelines for PG PAUD UMS (Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta) and produce Micro Teaching Guidelines for PG PAUD UMS according to the student needs. This research is a type of research and development or R D with ADDIE design. The subjects of this study were 6th semester students who were taking Micro Teaching courses. Data collection techniques were carried out using a google form questionnaire, and Forum Group Discussion. The data analysis technique uses percentage analysis and content analysis. Percentage analysis was carried out on data from google form, content analysis was carried out on data from discussion results. This study aims to determine (1) the influence of educational background, years of service and tr... more This study aims to determine (1) the influence of educational background, years of service and training on the performance of Early Childhood Education (ECE) teachers, (2) the effective contributions of educational background, years of service, and training to the performance of ECE teachers, and (3) the relative contributions of educational background, years of service, and training to the performance of ECE teachers. This research belongs to a quantitative correlational study. The study population involved all ECE teachers in Banyudono District, Boyolali Regency, Indonesia. Samples were taken by random sampling. Data on the educational background, years of service and training of the teachers were collected through documents. Teacher performance data were obtained using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique utilized a multiple linear regression. The study revealed the following findings: (1) simultaneously there was a significant influence between educational background, years of service, and training on the performance of ECE teachers, but partially the educational background had no influence on the teacher performance, (2) the effective contributions to teacher performance were 3.35% from the educational background, 18.73% from years of service, and 19.79% from training and (3) the relative contributions to the performance of teachers were 6.82% from the educational background, 48.18% from years of service and 43.19% from training.

teacher work ethic on the quality of distance education in
Sukoharjo Sub-District state senior high schools. The
sample included 200 teachers from state junior high schools in
Sukoharjo Sub-District. A questionnaire is used to collect data.
Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data in
this study. Previously, validity tests, reliability tests, and classical
assumption tests were used to analyze data. The findings indicated
that: 1) Information and communication tachnology literacy
contributed considerably to the quality of remote education. This is
evident from the T test result of 4,401, p of 0.000 0.05. 2) The work
ethos of teachers has a substantial beneficial effect on the quality
of distance education. This is established using the T test of 3,486,
with a p value of 0.0010.05. Advice based on the findings of this
study may be utilized as a guideline for teachers' ICT skills
training, as well as a critical foundation for the methodical
construction, enhancement, and sustainability of distance
education.

of the methods and media of learning. This study aims to determine
the needs of learning media, develop learning media based on
computer games, and determine the effectiveness of learning media
based on computer games on students' motivation and interest in
learning. This type of research is Research and Development
(R&D), referring to the ADDIE development model. Data
collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. The
data analysis technique is done by analyzing the questionnaire. The
results showed that students needed new learning media with the
criteria of using computer technology, game-based, having a colorful
display, involving an active role in student participation, easy to
operate, equipped with characters, login, and voice access rights. A
computer game-based learning media application has been
developed called "BEBEB" with a very proper assessment from
Media Experts and Material Experts. The effectiveness of the
"BEBEB" application as a learning media based on computer games
increased learning motivation by 16.5% and interest in learning by
24.33%. The study results indicate that the development of
computer-based learning media as a strategy to increase students'
motivation and interest in learning at SMK Muhammadiyah 2
Andong Boyolali has been able to be implemented properly. This
implies that teachers need to provide learning media that can arouse
students' motivation and interest in learning, one of which is using
computer game-based learning media.

This study aims to determine (1) the influence of educational background, years of service and tr... more This study aims to determine (1) the influence of educational background, years of service and training on the performance of Early Childhood Education (ECE) teachers, (2) the effective contributions of educational background, years of service, and training to the performance of ECE teachers, and (3) the relative contributions of educational background, years of service, and training to the performance of ECE teachers. This research belongs to a quantitative correlational study. The study population involved all ECE teachers in Banyudono District, Boyolali Regency, Indonesia. Samples were taken by random sampling. Data on the educational background, years of service and training of the teachers were collected through documents. Teacher performance data were obtained using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique utilized a multiple linear regression. The study revealed the following findings: (1) simultaneously there was a significant influence between educational background, years of service, and training on the performance of ECE teachers, but partially the educational background had no influence on the teacher performance, (2) the effective contributions to teacher performance were 3.35% from the educational background, 18.73% from years of service, and 19.79% from training and (3) the relative contributions to the performance of teachers were 6.82% from the educational background, 48.18% from years of service and 43.19% from training.

teacher work ethic on the quality of distance education in
Sukoharjo Sub-District state senior high schools. The
sample included 200 teachers from state junior high schools in
Sukoharjo Sub-District. A questionnaire is used to collect data.
Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data in
this study. Previously, validity tests, reliability tests, and classical
assumption tests were used to analyze data. The findings indicated
that: 1) Information and communication tachnology literacy
contributed considerably to the quality of remote education. This is
evident from the T test result of 4,401, p of 0.000 0.05. 2) The work
ethos of teachers has a substantial beneficial effect on the quality
of distance education. This is established using the T test of 3,486,
with a p value of 0.0010.05. Advice based on the findings of this
study may be utilized as a guideline for teachers' ICT skills
training, as well as a critical foundation for the methodical
construction, enhancement, and sustainability of distance
education.

of the methods and media of learning. This study aims to determine
the needs of learning media, develop learning media based on
computer games, and determine the effectiveness of learning media
based on computer games on students' motivation and interest in
learning. This type of research is Research and Development
(R&D), referring to the ADDIE development model. Data
collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. The
data analysis technique is done by analyzing the questionnaire. The
results showed that students needed new learning media with the
criteria of using computer technology, game-based, having a colorful
display, involving an active role in student participation, easy to
operate, equipped with characters, login, and voice access rights. A
computer game-based learning media application has been
developed called "BEBEB" with a very proper assessment from
Media Experts and Material Experts. The effectiveness of the
"BEBEB" application as a learning media based on computer games
increased learning motivation by 16.5% and interest in learning by
24.33%. The study results indicate that the development of
computer-based learning media as a strategy to increase students'
motivation and interest in learning at SMK Muhammadiyah 2
Andong Boyolali has been able to be implemented properly. This
implies that teachers need to provide learning media that can arouse
students' motivation and interest in learning, one of which is using
computer game-based learning media.
