It sustains also that the filiatio is exclusively supernatural and it can be freely accepted by the human person. This acceptance has many implications for the real life, for example, in the family, friendship, education, work and others.

We sustain that the notions of aliquid and res, are logical, but no transcendental. Also that the notions of causa, sustantia, natura, essentia are real thing, but no transcendental. The notion with transcendental mind are only: esse, verum, bonum and pulchrum. The notions of ens, unum and relatio are problematic.

Mantiene que la persona equivale al acto de ser, y que la naturaleza huma-na y la esencia humanas dependen de la persona. Sostiene que la persona humana se compone de perfecciones puras íntimas a las que llama trascendentales, de las cua-les una es el conocer personal (intelecto agente), que se une y convierte con otras (coexistencia, libertad y amar). Indica que se alcanza ese conocer personal a través del hábito de sabiduría y cuál es el tema de este conocer personal, a saber, Dios. Palabras clave: acto de ser, esencia, persona, trascendentales, conocer personal, há-bito de sabiduría.

ABSTRACT: This article talks about the distinction between actus essendi and essen-tia in the human being. It defends that the human person is the act of being, and that the natura and human essentia depends on the human person. It maintains that the human person is composed by pure and intimate perfections, called "trascendentals", of which one is the personal knowledge (intellectus agens), that can be united and converted with others (coexistentia, liberty, and personal love). It indicates that this personal knowledge is achieved through the habit of wisdom. It also indicates the topic of this personal knowledge, i.e. God.

In reference to the real distinction between the human person and the I. There are some synonyms ... more In reference to the real distinction between the human person and the I. There are some synonyms of the human person in the history of the philosophy: "substantia", "subsistentia", man, "individuum", I, suject, etc. But no one of them signifies the same that human person, because all of them design some aspects of the human essence, but no the human act of being. Polo´s anthropology (Spanish Philosopher, Madrid 1926) distinguishes between the essence and the act of being in the man, and sustains that the essence is potency in reference to the act of being. Establish also this critical point of view: The modern anthropology is the inversion respect the classical and medieval anthropology, because the classical and medial put the act before (and higher) that the potency, (act who active the potency). In the opposite hand, the modern anthropology put the potency before (and higher) that the act (act who is reached at the end of the temporal process). But it is contradictory. 1.

Its discuss whit the opinions who commonly accepted its innatism, and the other controversials opinions. Its critics the thesis of the autors who roots it in the ratio (intellectus possibilis), and that one of the people who confound it with the intellectus agens. It justifies its innatism, and explains the reason why this way of knowing is not susceptible of error.

In reference to the real distinction between the human person and the I. There are some synonyms ... more In reference to the real distinction between the human person and the I. There are some synonyms of the human person in the history of the philosophy: "substantia", "subsistentia", man, "individuum", I, suject, etc. But no one of them signifies the same that human person, because all of them design some aspects of the human essence, but no the human act of being. Polo´s anthropology (Spanish Philosopher, Madrid 1926) distinguishes between the essence and the act of being in the man, and sustains that the essence is potency in reference to the act of being. Establish also this critical point of view: The modern anthropology is the inversion respect the classical and medieval anthropology, because the classical and medial put the act before (and higher) that the potency, (act who active the potency). In the opposite hand, the modern anthropology put the potency before (and higher) that the act (act who is reached at the end of the temporal process). But it is contradictory. 1.

Entre las principales obras de Tomás de Aquino, junto a sus Summas(Summa Theologiae y Contra Gent... more Entre las principales obras de Tomás de Aquino, junto a sus Summas(Summa Theologiae y Contra Gentes) y sus comentarios teológicos, filosóficos y bíblicos se encuentran las disputationes, resultado de una Universidad del siglo XIII. Las Cuestiones disputadas sobre la verdad(fruto de la primera estancia de Santo Tomás en París, entre 1256-1259), son uno de los escritos de referencia para conocer el pensamiento del Aquinate, en el que se tratan variados temas que se pueden ordenar en dos grupos: aquellos referidos a la verdad y el conocimiento (qq. 1-20), y los referidos al bien, el objeto del querer y los niveles apetitivos (qq. 21-29). En conjunto, son 229 artículos a lo largo de 29 cuestiones de desigual extensión.
Esta edición en dos volúmenes es la primera traducción completa al castellano del De veritate, resultado de un proyecto iniciado en 1996 en el que han participado 14 traductores, profesores de las Universidades de Navarra, Murcia, Burgos, Panamericana (México) y Cuyo (Argentina).

Sin embargo, sin dejar de sostener esta tesis, se puede añadir, que saber acerca de la prudencia que se vive no es posible desde la misma prudencia, sino desde una instancia cognoscitiva superior al conocer propio de la prudencia.
