Tourism appears in the latest decades as the most important factor for the economic growth due to its green benefits. Algeria due to its treasure of touristic places must give the great intention to this sector especially after the fall of hydrocarbon prices. Therefore, investing in the human capital through the training in Algeria for the tourism sector will be the appropriate solution for Algeria to survive due to sustainability of tourism sector. tourism, human capital, training, Algeria.

In the latest decades, the innovation takes an important place in the growth of the economy. In t... more In the latest decades, the innovation takes an important place in the growth of the economy. In this paper, we will try to answer the questions: what are the important characteristics that make the Sub-Saharan countries innovation learner? At first, we find that creating a strong innovation system is the important key to innovate. Second, investing in human capital appear also as an important factor that lead these African countries to be innovators. In the end, we try to find the place of the MENA countries from these characteristics and giving some recommendation to cutch up the innovation learners.

Nowadays with rapid changes in the business world, companies in the developed countries are incre... more Nowadays with rapid changes in the business world, companies in the developed countries are increasingly including innovation as one of their strategies to ensure business expansion and profitability. This study examined the innovativeness of the firms in Mena region. The study utilized Business Environment and Enterprise Performance Survey (BEEPS) of the Mena region. The finding shows that the maximum of the innovations is in firms level follows to low investment, risks and expenditures. Innovation in country level takes the second level after firm level follows the high levels of risks, expenditures. The latest rate of innovation is for the international level because of the high levels of risks, expenditures. Also, majority of the firms of the Mena region are interested in marketing innovation and product innovation more than process innovation and organizational innovation. For marketing innovation, firms are interested in new methods of advertising and product promotion.

The paper tries to examine the relationship between some quantitative and qualitative variables t... more The paper tries to examine the relationship between some quantitative and qualitative variables to stimulate new ideas or creativity among the enterprises' staff. The enterprises using the formal training programs for permanent employee, education level of the manager, the firm's size and the enterprises innovation activities are considered as significant variables. We extract a sample of 6566 firms from MENA region available in the BEEPS database. The results show that innovation activity is founded better in firms with high level of manager education and size. The correlation coefficients, demonstrates a small positive correlation between enterprises' use of employee training and their innovation activities.

[Otros] L'objectif de cet article est d'étudier l'état de l'innovation et les car... more [Otros] L'objectif de cet article est d'étudier l'état de l'innovation et les caractéristiques de l'activité d'innovation dans les entreprises algériennes. L'innovation est un facteur de compétitivité que les décideurs ont commencé à prendre en compte. Nous présentons ici une analyse descriptive de la compétitivité à partir d'un échantillon de 67 sociétés pharmaceutiques opérant sur le marché algérien. Les résultats montrent une forte extension et une évolution significative du secteur. Cependant, les facteurs de compétence et de qualification représentent des obstacles à l'innovation.[EN] The aim of this article is to study the state of innovation and the characteristics of innovation activity in Algerian companies. Innovation is a factor of competitiveness that decision-makers have start to consider. We present here a descriptive analysis of competitiveness from a sample of 67 pharmaceutical companies operating on the Algerian market. The results show a strong extension and a significant evolution of the sector. En dépit du contexte actuel marqué par l'utilisation intensive de l'information dans de nombreuses activités, l'apport des TIC dans le développement des PED reste encore contesté. Par rapport à ces pays, ces outils sont considérés par leurs détracteurs comme un luxe improductif au regard des priorités classiques de développement. Cet article vise cependant à en relever les faiblesses de cette considération. C'est la raison pour laquelle nous avons essayé de mettre en valeur le potentiel de l'intégration des TIC dans la gouvernance, tous en passant par la réalité et les enjeux de cette intégration en Algérie.

This research work studied the influence of colors in groceries, as an atmospheric variable, on t... more This research work studied the influence of colors in groceries, as an atmospheric variable, on the customer's impulsive intention of buying. In the literature review, the researcher introduced the theoretical and methodological bases responding to this problematic situation. An experiment was made in the laboratory where 200 participants had visited a virtual grocery with 4 different color conditions (red, yellow, blue and green). Then they answered a questionnaire about the variables of this study. The results showed that colors influence the customer's impulsive intention of buying either directly or through affect as intermediary.

Coral reef preservation is a challenge for the whole of humanity, not just for the estimated thre... more Coral reef preservation is a challenge for the whole of humanity, not just for the estimated three billion people that directly depend upon coral reefs for their livelihoods and food security. Ocean acidification combined with rising sea surface temperatures, and an array of other anthropogenic influences such as pollution, sedimentation, over fishing, and coral mining represent the key threats currently facing coral reef survival. Here we summarize a list of agreements, policies, and socioeconomic tools and instruments that can be used by global, national and local decision-makers to address ocean acidification and associated threats, as identified during an expert workshop in October 2017. We then discuss these tools and instruments at a global level and identify the key tasks for raising decision makers' awareness. Finally, we suggest ways of prioritizing between different actions or tools for mitigation and adaptation.

According to (Lewis 1955)‘economic growth is bound to slow unless there is an adequate supply of entrepreneurs looking out for new ideas, and willing to take the risk of introducing them’. Algeria from the earliest states that gave interest to this engine after seeing its necessity to grow up quickly with the economy, in addition to look for the new skills of the individuals who were unemployed in a previous time the matter that is diversify the new activities in the market. From the big problems faced by the individuals is the financial sources to finance their project. There for, the Algerian government take responsibility of financing the project through different mechanisms such as ANSEJ, ANGEM, CNAC… etc. The aim of our paper is to clarify the role of the CNAC (Caisse National d’Assurance chomage) in informing the unemployed people about entrepreneurship, finance the project of the individuals who want to launch activity, and by the different facilities followed, the number of the entrepreneurs growth to achieve highest numbers. As a result of the previous empirical study in Tlemcen in the period 2005-2012, we find that the facilities plays an important role in the sector of activity and the gender of the entrepreneur. We found that there is an important in the transport enterprises for the male entrepreneurs more than female entrepreneurs, where in the services sector and handicraft, the number of female entrepreneurs is nearly as the male entrepreneurs.
