This model is based on BCS/FCS and previous works developed by the research group, but incorporating computations in the frequency domain, to get even more speed processing; since a temporal convolution in frequency can be seen as a complex multiplication. The developed application works on GPU-CPU heterogeneous architectures, so that the model computations are parallelizable in GPU using C for CUDA.
Different programming languages are used. The core of the program is written in C and C++, the parallelization on GPUs is done in C for CUDA, the image processing is carried out through OpenCV library, the automatism will in part with batch files of batch processing, the results are displayed in a simple web page programmed in HTML and CSS, and the frequency processing on GPU is made with the C for CUDA CUFFT library.

In it you can see each of the parts that compose a business plan, competitive analysis, market research, marketing plan, etc. ... with the ultimate objective of the analysis on the viability of the project.
This business plan shows how it is possible, taking advantage of the opportunities presented in the environment, maximize competitive advantage through differentiation by complementation, i.e., by bonding of complementary tasks, and overall quality, quality focused both the service provided and the final finished product.

Additionally, and as an added value, developing an application for Android mobile devices, improving the interoperability of these users with the application.
Different programming languages are used; the core of the application is written in PHP, HTML and CSS, the logic of some web functionality is programmed in JavaScript, exclusive layout for Android devices is developed entirely in XML and Java, and finally the database was implemented in MySQL. Furthermore, three libraries have been used under PHP language to facilitate some tasks, SwiftMailer (for sending emails), dompdf (for online pdf creation) and JpGraph (for generating graphs).

However, this is an outdated system in the current times, compared to GNSS satellite-based systems, which on the contrary is still in use and is assured its continuity in the short and medium term by political decision of the US and several European countries. But this continuity today is limited to a mere transition, because a new improved version of LORAN, still in an experimental phase, the eLORAN, will replace it in all its current functions, in addition to adding many others.

These networks are based on the establishment of links (connections) between one or a large number of remote stations equipped with small antennas (VSAT' s) with a central station, called a Hub, via a satellite. VSAT is characterized by providing sufficient bandwidth for voice, data and video over an asymmetric link, working in the Ka or C band where high power transmission and good reception sensitivity is given. Due to this, different types of links can be created (unidirectional,...), using different means of access to the medium (TDMA,...) in different configurations (mesh,...).

These weighting networks can be both temporary and frequency-based, depending on the domain, time or frequency respectively, in which the configuration of the measures is being applied. Time weights are intended to determine the speed with which a sound level meter follows sound fluctuations, while frequency weights have a psychoacoustic component, since the sound perceived by the human ear is not linear at all frequencies. This is due to the non-linear nature, in the interpretation of the frequency spectrum, of the ear.

An acoustic signal in time can be seen as a signal in the frequency domain just to make your Fourier transform. This change will be more complex the more complex the signal. Once you have the frequency spectrum of the signal, you can evaluate and process everything you want. An example would be, in an acoustic measurement, the interpretation of the insulation level of a material at different frequencies, i. e. which frequencies of the signal spectrum are better absorbed, and on the contrary which frequencies are worse isolated. These frequencies are usually seen as frequency groupings, in the so-called frequency bands, since it is not usual to analyze each frequency individually. Ultimately, an example of digital filtering and processing of an audio file in the MATLAB® program will be made.

These ESIAs will deal with studies carried out for airports, specifically those analyzed here are:" EsIA of the Gran Canaria Airport Expansion " and " EsIA of the Tenerife North Airport Expansion ". The first of these is the one that will be discussed in more detail, analysing each of the sections contained in the synthesis document. Special attention will be paid to the sections in which noise is involved as the main impact factor and what are the appropriate measures to prevent these noise events that are harmful both to humans and wildlife. As for the second of the EIAs presented, the intention is to analyze some of its sections based on the shortcomings of the first EIA, since both are synthesis documents and do not contemplate the complete report of the EIAs.
