Latar belakang: Henti jantung sering terjadi di instalasi gawat darurat dan Return of spontaneusc... more Latar belakang: Henti jantung sering terjadi di instalasi gawat darurat dan Return of spontaneuscirculation (ROSC) masih rendah. ROSC dipengaruhi oleh kualitas kompresi RJP oleh perawat.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor penentu kualitas kompresi RJP. Metode:Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Crossectional yang melibatkan 72 responden dengan teknikStratified Sampling di ruang IGD, Kamar Bedah, ICU, HCU, HCU paru, dan CVCU. Variabelindependen usia, jenis kelamin, indeks massa tubuh (IMT), kelelahan, frekuensi pelatihan,pengetahuan, dan kesadaran diri dianalisis hubungannya variabel dependent variabel dependentkualitas kompresi RJP. Hasil: Hasil analisis uji chi-square dan uji regresi logistik menunjukkanhubungan signifikan antara usia, jenis kelamin, IMT, kelelahan, frekuensi pelatihan, pengetahuan,kesadaran diri dengan kualitas kompresi pada resusitasi jantung paru (p<0,05), serta faktor yangpaling dominan yaitu jenis kelamin (p<0,05;OR=0,01;CI=8,644-1144,269). Saran: Rekrutmenperawat di unit kritis harus mempertimbangkan faktor usia, jenis kelamin, IMT, frekuensi pelatihan,pengetahuan dan kesadaran diri yang berpeluang tinggi peningkatan angka harapan hidup pasien hentijantung.Kata Kunci: Kualitas, RJP, Faktor, dan Perawat

The quality of life (QOL) of post-stroke patients can be assessed from the reports of patients th... more The quality of life (QOL) of post-stroke patients can be assessed from the reports of patients themselves obtained through a structured interview or a questionnaire. However, some individuals are unable to comprehensively describe their QOL because of language disorders, cognitive effects caused by stroke, or pre-existing conditions. This study aims to identify differences in post-stroke QOL perception between patients and caregivers. A cross-sectional design involving 115 stroke patients and 115 caregivers was adopted, and Mann–Whitney test was used for statistical analysis. Results showed no significant difference in QOL perception (p = 0.166; α < 0.05), particularly in the physical (p = 0.278; α < 0.05), psychological (p = 0.068; α < 0.05), social relationship (p = 0.976; α < 0.05), and environmental (p = 0.157; α < 0.05) domains between patients and caregivers. These complication increase the length of hospital stay and increase cost. Postoperative cardiac surgery care focuses on pulmonary function with active cycle of breathing technique (ACBT). This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of ACBT in recovery pulmonary function in postoperative cardiac surgery. This study used pra experiment method involving 30 respondents with purposive sampling technique in adult surgery intensive care unit and Surgical ward. This group applies ACBT for 4 days: 2x/day, duration 15 minutes/session on 1 st and 2 nd day after surgery; 1x/day, duration 15 minutes/session on 3 rd and 4 th day after surgery. The Peak Expiratory Flow Rate is evaluated with Peak flow meter tools. The pre test data were obtainedd on the pre operation and the post test data were obtained on the 3 rd day after surgery. This data analyzies with distribution mean and wilcoxon. The result distribution mean of Peak Expiratory Flow (PEF) pre test is 420,33 l/minute and the post test is 432,33 l/minute. The result of wilcoxon test is p=0,001< α=0,05, it is show that significant effect in PEF (Peak Expiratory Flow) pre, 3 rd day PEF. ACBT consists of deep breathing and hold breathing, so the air flow easier and the discharge mucous, on the last step is the huffing technique. It is not require stretgh to discharge mucous and reduce pain. ACBT can be used as a nursing intervention for airway management to recovery pulmonary function in postoperative cardiac surgery.

Nurses, as the primary caregivers to hemodialysis patients, have an essential role in achieving hemodialysis adequacy. Hemodialysis adequacy achievement is one of the quality indicators of hemodialysis care. The research aims to identify the relationship between nurse competence and the achievement of hemodialysis in Bandung. The research design was correlation analytical with a cross-sectional method, which involved 82 hemodialysis nurses and 82 hemodialysis patients. Samples were using consecutive sampling. The data were analyzed using chi-square. The result shows that nurse's competence, especially nurse's attitude and skills in providing nursing care for hemodialysis patients, has a significant relationship with the achievement of hemodialysis adequacy. Nurses in the hemodialysis unit should improve their knowledge, attitude, and skills in providing nursing care.

Penurunan fungsi ekstremitas atas merupakan komplikasi yang sering terjadi pada pasien pasca stro... more Penurunan fungsi ekstremitas atas merupakan komplikasi yang sering terjadi pada pasien pasca stroke yang mengalami hemiplegia sebagai akibat dari kelemahan dan keterbatasan rentang gerak sendi pada bahu. Akupresur bermanfaat dalam memperbaiki fungsi ektremitas atas dengan melancarkan pergerakan aliran qi (energi vital) di dalam tubuh namun belum banyak penelitian yang mengkaji pengaruh akupresur untuk meningkatkan kekuatan otot dan rentang gerak ekstremitas atas pada pasien pasca stroke. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh akupresur terhadap kekuatan otot dan tentang gerak ekstremitas atas pada pasien stroke pasca rawat inap. Penelitian ini menggunakan quasi-experimental design dengan pendekatan pre-post test design pada 34 responden (n kontrol= n intervensi= 17). Kelompok intervensi diberi akupresur setiap hari 10 menit selama tujuh hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang bermakna pada kekuatan otot dan rentang gerak ekstremitas atas antara kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol (p= 0,001 dan p= 0,000; α= 0,05). Akupresur merupakan intervensi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kekuatan otot dan rentang gerak pada pasien pasca stroke yang mengalami hemiparesis. Rekomendasi pada penelitian ini adalah diperlukan adanya perawat yang menguasai akupresur dan memodifikasi standar asuhan keperawatan dengan memasukkan terapi komplementer akupresur dalam asuhan keperawatan pasien stroke yang mengalami kelemahan dan keterbatasan rentang gerak ekstremitas atas.

The data sources are field studies and documentation in related offices at the Bangka Regency Regional Work Unit. Based on the primary data analysis and discussion of the results, we report that the causes of budget accumulation are, among others, still more dominant, characterized by item line systems, incremental, rigid, overlapping, conflicts of interest, motives for seeking personal and group benefits, budget wastage, and does not provide benefits for improving the performance of the apparatus and public services. The factors for the procurement of goods/services related to the procurement of goods/services are the lack of knowledge about the regulations in the process of procuring goods/services, the weak management commitment of the SKPD head, and the commitment of the employees involved in the procurement of goods/services. ...
