This is a proposal of a research that is focused on analysing, and providing solutions to, the to... more This is a proposal of a research that is focused on analysing, and providing solutions to, the topic: Digital Intimacy Amid COVID 19 Pandemic. The research problem is based on a gap that exists between a company's data management processes and the consumers' needs. It also concerns the ideal need to advance the brand of the business, adapting the advancement in technology, while protecting the rights and data of consumers in a digital world. The study will focus on a mixed research method, due to the intensity of the scope, and the fact that the term of digital intimacy has not well been adapted. The results will show the gaps in the digital laws, data management processes, and the ideas of business leaders. Moreover, the research will provide ways to improve the research problem. The conclusion will give recommendations for businesses and future scholars.

The short-term goals include raising awareness for the upcoming 2019 national elections, providing live information and social media statistics. Additionally, in the long-term, this platform will be relevant for future research and advancement planning in creating job opportunities, particularly, for Black graduates. It will also act as a benchmark in the future, when assessing whether there have been any changes regarding the South African labour market.

The aim of this thesis is to analyse whether the European law remains abreast of, or in response ... more The aim of this thesis is to analyse whether the European law remains abreast of, or in response to, advancements in artificial intelligence (AI). The results prove that European law is planned to be proactive in protecting the European Union citizens, and respond to legal challenges that appear, or may appear in relation to artificial intelligence (AI). It is also discovered that there are certain parts within the AI field in which a better response from European law, through the Commission, the Council, and the Parliament, could be introduced. This subject of concern and recommendation is that of the Rights of Robots in terms of preparing the law that would respond to artificial intelligence. It is also recommended that the response time should be as rapid as the changes in artificial intelligence.

This study aims at analysing whether there is an impact of resources planning on short-term proje... more This study aims at analysing whether there is an impact of resources planning on short-term projects. To do so, factors such as the influence of the sponsor, project manager role, customer satisfaction, and team contribution were measured to test their causal contribution. Non-empirical and empirical research methods were used in exploring the research question which was: What is the impact of resources planning on short-term projects? The results showed that there is a positive impact of resources planning on short-term projects, even though some of its factors carry a negative influence. The recommendations include changing the project management method to include more flexibility, particularly in the resources planning phase.
