The value relevance of accounting information is crucial for investors as it provides vital data about a company’s financial status, aiding in strategic decision-making. However, the quality and relevance of this information can significantly impact its usefulness. This research aimed to assess the value relevance of accounting information and its influence on investment decisions, providing evidence from the Nigerian Capital Market. The study adopted a cross-sectional survey design. The population for this study consisted of all quoted commercial
banks in Nigeria. Available data from the Port Harcourt branch of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) revealed that there are 15 listed commercial banks in Nigeria. This study utilized primary and secondary
sources of data. The findings of this study could offer valuable insights for investors, financial analysts, and other users of financial statements. It was concluded that there is no significant relationship between
the reliability of accounting information and dividend per share. Comparability of accounting information does not significantly affect earnings per share while timeliness of accounting information does not
significantly affect net assets value per share. The study recommended amongst others that all quoted companies on the Nigerian Stock Exchange must as a matter of urgency comply with the preparation of Simplified Investor’s Summary Accounts (SISA) with emphasis on accounting information on earnings, book value, dividends and cash flows aside from the mandatory detailed financial statements. This will
remove information overload, particularly for nonaccountants and non-financial analysts.

International Journal of Engineering Research in Computer Science and Engineering (IJERCSE), 2023

Currently, the use of renewable energy sources in electrical networks has increased more than eve... more Currently, the use of renewable energy sources in electrical networks has increased more than ever before, owing to its clean, low-cost, and long-term characteristics. In small-scale networks, such as hybrid networks, energy management provides a number of advantages, including a decrease in power losses and the simplicity of the control process. The installation of solar PV systems, on the other hand, presents a number of difficulties for households that choose to do so. Solar production is low in cloudy weather, which usually occurs after rain, yet there is a pressing need to make use of energy. The need to provide a load that consumes more current than the solar PV system can supply on a normal day. With this project, we are addressing these problems by providing a way for households that wish to maintain access to energy even when there is insufficient sunshine for their solar PV system to operate effectively. In this work, the energy consumption of a proposed 100KVA hybrid PV system is the primary focus. The proposed system is expected to meet the annual load demand of the typical office complex of 131830.7 kWh using a PV system, which supplies electricity to the typical office complex between the hours of 8am and 4pm, Monday through Friday. A total of 4.44 kWh/m2/day of solar radiation is received by the Typical Office Complex, which maintains an average temperature of 28.010C on a daily basis. According to the system's estimations, the DC energy generated by the system is 2043710 kWh/year on average; on the other hand, the accessible energy exported to the batteries is 105065 kWh/year on average, according to the system. An investigation and documentation of the effect of weather conditions on the overall performance were carried out. The proposed hybrid PV plant is economically viable; it is expected to meet the complex's energy requirements efficiently and reliably in the future.

Massive open online courses provide an opportunity for people to access free courses offered by top universities in the world and therefore attract great attention and engagement from teachers and students. However, in contrast to large scale enrolment, the completion rate of these courses is really low. One of the reasons for students to quit the learning process is problems which they face that could not be solved by discussing them with a classmate. This paper also critically reviewed related literature on MOOCs, lapses were discovered, addressed and solutions and recommendations were proffered
