The main objective of this research article is to map tour operators and travel agencies operating within San Pedro Sula, during June 2018.
In the first place, a catalog of tour operators and travel agencies was identified, secondly, the packages or services offered by these visits and travel agencies were detailed and, in third place, it identified the use made by the guided tours and travel agencies in the social networks to publicize their packages and promotions to the general public.
However this research article has a non-experimental design, since it is an observation of the use made by tour operators and travel agencies in social networks to promote themselves, in the same way our research has a descriptive -exploratory scope since in this describes a list of services that tour operators and travel agencies offer to the general public. Likewise, the results presented by the interview guides and observation guides carried out in May 2018 are presented, this being the first investigation into a mapping of tour operators and travel agencies in San Pedro Sula.
