Nos travaux de these visent a attester des specificites de la lecture de textes aux niveaux psych... more Nos travaux de these visent a attester des specificites de la lecture de textes aux niveaux psychologique et cerebral. Nous avons demontre que l'emploi d'indices visuels d'organisation (regroupes sous le terme de Mise en Forme materielle ou MFM) pouvait mener a une meilleure comprehension des textes par les lecteurs. Nous avons effectue une revue des resultats de la litterature etablissant que la lecture de mots peut reposer sur deux voies cerebrales distinctes et qu'aucune aire ne semble specifique au traitement du mot ecrit. Nous avons ensuite caracterise les substrats neuraux de la comprehension en fonction de divers niveaux linguistiques (mot, phrase ou texte), et montre que ceux-ci sont egalement recrutes dans la comprehension du langage oral. Cette etude a aussi permis d'identifier les aires specifiquement impliques dans la lecture de textes.
