It emerges naturally by the end of the day, or after a period of hard work, and typically goes away during a good night's sleep or some other type of rest. We all know how obstructive this feeling can be; fatigue hinders us with getting on with our desired activities, it coincides with negative mood and the feeling itself is perceived as unpleasant. University students are potentially vulnerable to fatigue as they are challenged in many ways by personal, social, cognitive and environmental changes. For instance, the transition from secondary to higher education requires the students to adjust to a new academic setting with different learning procedures, materials, demands and responsibilities. They also run into a new social and personal environment in which they develop new friendships, leave their parents' home, reach financial independence, and gain more autonomy (Arnett, 2004). Along with these environmental changes, students encounter cognitive changes as the brain continues to develop between the ages of 18 to

ABSTRACT
Security of data and Data Management is increasingly becoming a growing concern across the globe. Therefore, a method is needed to prevent unauthorized or erroneous access and modification of data and software. This project investigates the development of a user authentication system and data management system for the school of science and technology and also proposes an efficient
Security and data management procedure that incorporates a method that allows flexible security access control in securing information and managing and accessing complex data. The proposed security access control program system and data management system improves data control and access by using security and data management authentication techniques. It further improves the security access control by providing authentication corresponding to different security page levels relevant to public ownership and information sensitivity in the school of science and technology. This approach reduces processing time and prevents information and data leakage and corruption.
Keywords: Privacy and security of data and computer networks, access control system and user, data management, authentication system, database development, data management, database architecture, research data management, data sharing, data reuse and big data.

The cultivation of vegetable has brought along a good number of effects on surface water and as well as on the community but has also contributed to the development to the village and the wellbeing of the people. The study is guided with some objectives such as, to establish the main problems cause by market gardening on surface water, to find the down slope population reaction to this change in water usage. To achieve the aim of the study, primary and secondary data were collected from various sources through field observations accompanied by photographs, questionnaire administration and interviews. Secondary data helped in the collection of relevant literature, among others. The data collected were subjected to descriptive analysis and inferential analytical tools. It was observed that market gardening has contributed to the degradation of surface water by the use of fertilizers and pesticide, also to the reduction of surface water quantity. Never the less it also helps in increase on the standard of living of the people. The main finding of this topic was that this practice of irrigation leads to the degradation of surface water and dry off of some rivers in the environment. Some recommendations were given to the people and the council by improving on the types of fertilizers the farmers should use and better types of irrigation methods so as to reduce the impact on water reduction and water quality. And finally it was concluded that the research objectives were reached through the different objectives set in the beginning were all achieved.
