In our system, a decision-maker is a cognitive agent who debates with other agents in view to obtain a consensus about the preference between two objects. Our approach is based on the simulation of debates where preferences of these agents can changed according to influences or coalitions between agents. Our multiagent system gives us an iterative process to aggregate preferences and displays some informations about the processes of negotiation between decision-makers.

The Vygotsky’s theory gives a quite important place not only to social tools aslanguage, but also to interactions and relationships between individuals. Therefore, we try to see how, in a multi agents system, an “intelligent agent” can learn and more easily integrate a new, environment, and a new, agent’s community. This paper proposes our ideas on that topic and tries to give a modeling,of the adaptive, agent’s behavior in the framework ,of multi agents systems (it should be noted that it is a work in progress). 1. Especially, k-means philosophy is observed by its remarkable benefits. Thus we propose a new clustering method in two processes such as structuring process and clustering one. This method allows us to: obtain a data clustering for both of categorical and numeric data-exclude the limit in determination of cluster number a priori-and attain well-shaped clusters whose shapes are not influenced on existence of outliers.

With a master-slave architecture, it allows parallel processing of very large data sets. On the other hand, many governments and states are involved in an opening strategy of their public data. However, the volume of these public data is constantly increasing, and will reach in the near future limitations of current treatment and storage capacity. In this paper, we propose a parallel approach based on the Mapreduce paradigm to process public opened data. Applied, as a case study, to the official data sets from the French Ministry of Communication and Culture, we implement a parallel algorithm as a solution to define a ranking of national museums and galleries according to the accessibility degrees for people with disabilities. This work can be applied to other cases with very large data sets.
