The International Contest of Young Lawyers “Precedent” is an on-line activity for students and young professionals. It's a bilingual contest where you can send the work in English or Russian.It’s main goal is to give young lawyers and students a place to share opinions and try their skills. At the same time practicing lawyers and the one who is just interested in jurisprudence may participate.There are two spheres where the participant may choose a case to resolve - intellectual property and private international law. Here’s the list of cases. You can vote for the works and comment! Here are the approved solutions.The Contest is held till 21 of June 2010. You can send a work up to June 15.Prizes for the winners are granted!Participate and tell your friends and classmates!

She is about a year old, spayed, and housebroken.My friend who is trying to find her a good home is a dog trainer and offers free training for life!!! Hopefully Utah doesn't end up looking weak in comparison!There's an incredible amount of talent who have worked behind(and not so behind) the music of this film, ranging from people involved with Bauhaus to Busta Rhymes to Rasputina to Slipknot to Poe to X-Japan.DEFINITELY check out the TRAILER and some other clips off of the site to get a sense of whether or not it's something you're interested in-Buffy fans, Sarah Brightman fans, Skinny Puppy fans, Paris Hilton fans, gore fans, darkwave fans, and many more may find something to appreciate. :)Even if it's not for you, be sure to spread the word to anyone else you know who may be interested!(x-posted like a mofo cuz i'm addicted to the knife)

[Current Music \|pink floyd]Hi everyone!I'm transferring in the Fall and I'm trying to find some good places to live.I've been checking craig's list all day but they all want people to move in on June 1st. I won't be able to come to SLC until Late July/August. Will I have a chance to find something closer to July or should I try and get something now and come to SLC sooner?

I'm in incoming transfer student this fall and I'm considering a major in film studies. I'm wondering if anybody can share some information about this major. Your general sentiments on this would be great. Anything you think would be helpful to me. I've only heard that it's kind of underfunded. Coming from NYU, I don't really know what that means or what I'm supposed to expect because I'm not in the arts school here currently.I am planning to major either in economics or political science and film studies. I already have a lot of transfer credit and AP credit that work toward my social science majors, but none toward film studies. So it is really only an interest I will pursue at the U if it is worthwhile investing extra time and money in it. Much thanks!

I'm in incoming transfer student this fall and I'm considering a major in film studies. I'm wondering if anybody can share some information about this major. [Current Music \|Motion City Soundtrack - The Conversation]Hey everyone. I posted earlier about considering University of Utah..and Now i've been accepted! I am still not 100% sure if I will be going there, but I got accepted for fall '08. Yay =)Anyway, I will be visiting campus and SLC in March for like three days. One day will be filled with a Campus Tour, but I know my mom and I will have at least one, possibly 1.5 days to goof off in SLC and the surrounding area, and I've been put in charge of coming up with said goofing off activities. Any Suggestions? Cute shops, great restaurants, sight seeing?Thanks in advance!!

I am still not 100% sure if I will be going there, but I got accepted for fall '08. Yay =)Anyway, I will be visiting campus and SLC in March for like three days.
