Banking industry is the potential industry where the growth of a country depends on a lot. This i... more Banking industry is the potential industry where the growth of a country depends on a lot. This industry is very big in Bangladesh and holds a lot of skilled employees. The report is prepared for understand the activates of loan disbursement and recovery system of BDBL. Data have been collect various primary and secondary way, there have some limitations.
Some of article analysis and literature are explain in the part. Firstly the chapter focuses on the loan, secondly focuses on portfolio risk management, thirdly focuses on relationship of bank and customers, fourthly focus the mitigation of credit risk, at last focuses on business environment of banks.
Chapter three prepared for the overview of Bangladesh Development Bank (BDBL). This chapter shows company structure and information, vision and mission and their business program.
Loan Disbursement Process of BDBL are analyze in chapter four. BDBL credit risk grading system and an example of Hasan Jute & Spinning Mills (Pvt.) Ltd., Bogra are shown in that chapter.
The process of loan recovery of BDBL and the legal action can take by BDBL are explain in that chapter.
Bangladesh Development Bank Limited (BDBL) also tries to find out thrust sector and actual entrepreneur those who have interested to establish profitable industry and create job opportunity for the unemployed people. And in last and seventh chapter have drawn the conclusion in the light of overall discussion and also given recommendations on the base of given findings.

E-commerce entails the use of the Internet in the marketing, Identification, payment and delivery of goods and services. This paper highlights the status, Potential and constraints to e-commerce development in Bangladesh. Both the Statutory laws as well as the challenges in implementing them are discussed. Major legal, Regulatory and institutional constraints to e-commerce are identified. The paper also lists Specific policy changes aimed at bringing improvements to the legal and regulatory environment affecting e-commerce.

E-shopping is a new technology for business by this customers can shop for time consume. Another ... more E-shopping is a new technology for business by this customers can shop for time consume. Another side customers shop from in-store or traditional in regular basis. Now consumers can buy in two way, so that from where they prefer to buy their goods.
This research shows the customers view of e-shopping and in-store shopping. This research shows the error of e-market and also in-store. The research mainly find out the shopping behavior of both customers.
Research data collected by survey by using google form. Expected responses was hundred but this research find eighty six male and female respondent. In order to keep the research crystal clear and linear recreation model are used for analysis.
Acquired data in research has been analyzed by STATA-13 software. To evaluate the data, descriptive statistical methods (Number, Percentage) have been used. Google analysis tool and Microsoft Office 2013 has been used to make chart and graphical view.
Adoption of e-shopping and impact on traditional shopping would mark the relationship. So that e-shopping adoption are dependent variable and impact on traditional shopping independent variable.
By analyzing this data report find that there is significant between quick purchases and eshopping and also traditional/in-store shopping. But online shopping is more acceptable rather than traditional shopping.
