The main characteristic of organisation that pursues sustainability includes creating ethical values through organisational climate. This paper analyses the impact of ethical work climate on employee engagement and organisational citizenship behavior (OCB). Study was conducted on SMEs in Central Java, Indonesia. Purpose of the study: The purpose of this paper is to examine the determinant factors that influe... more Purpose of the study: The purpose of this paper is to examine the determinant factors that influence consumer switching intentions from conventional banks to Islamic banks in Central Java, Indonesia. Methodology: This study is quantitative research in which data is collected by using a survey with the questionnaire. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 480 Muslim respondents who were still registered as customers at three conventional government banks in Indonesia using purposive sampling techniques and analyzed with SEM-AMOS v24. Main Findings: The result showed that all out of the hypotheses tested, there is only one hypothesis that was rejected, is the fourth hypothesis. This research reveals that consumer trust in Islamic banks, consumer awareness and religiosity had a positive and significant effect on attitude toward Islamic banks. Furthermore, consumer awareness and religiosity are also able to predict consumer switching intentions at Islamic banks but consume...

SMEs employ a large number of the human capital and foster entrepreneurial side of individuals. Based on opportunity approach, SMEs can create high level of human capital and entrepreneurial competencies. This study aimed at explained the relationship between human capital and entrepreneurial competencies on the SME business performance. Study was conducted on SME's in Central Java, Indonesia. Based on quantitative approach, this research used survey instrument by delivering questionnaire. The Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) was used to analyze the data. The result showed the significant relationship between human capital, entrepreneurial competencies and SMEs performance. This suggests that SME entrepreneurs should give attention to learning activities. This study's findings contribute to SMEs literature and human capital theory.

Role theory is seen as a construct in the relationship of work-family conflict and work stress. I... more Role theory is seen as a construct in the relationship of work-family conflict and work stress. In adult life, work and family are two things that must be done together. Family is the main reason to work for income, and work is a source of income to meet family needs. Stress is seen as an adaptive response to a situation that is being perceived as a challenge or a threat to one's health. Job stress is a feeling of pressure or pressure experienced by employees in facing their work. Under certain conditions, employees may feel less motivated to meet their expectations in socialising and meeting social norms, but are instead motivated to oppose these norms. Both work-family conflict and stress can affect the emergence of counterproductive work behaviour. The results showed that work-family conflict, especially work interfering with family, has an effect on stress. Conflicts in the work domain that interfere with family responsibilities can create stress for employees. The results also showed that stress has an effect on counterproductive work behaviour, thus supporting the research hypothesis. The stress felt by respondents is a strong reason for the occurrence of counterproductive work behaviour.

By considering the important role in improving the effectiveness of organizational function, rese... more By considering the important role in improving the effectiveness of organizational function, researchers and business practitioners place a considerable concern to organizational citizenship behavior. This research attempts to figure out the antecedents of organizational citizenship behavior based on the social exchange theory perspective. Three variables proposed for this research, including psychological contract, organizational support, and value congruence, were tested to observe the influence to organizational citizenship behavior. This research used double linear regression on 191 employees of state-owned banks in Indonesia as the sample. The results show that the psychological contract, organizational support, and value congruence have a positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior of the employees by ensuring that the psychological contract of the employees is fulfilled, and the employees have congruence value to their organization.

As a concept that powerful, psychological contract be interested in researchers in the field of organizational development in exploring the influence of psychological contract on employee's work attitude and behavior. But earlier research still gave contradictory results. In the context of managing talented employee, the psychological contract needs to focus on the key factors shaping employee resilience. This research examines the influence of psychological contracts and career resilience on organizational citizenship behavior on employees in the banking sector in Indonesia and Malaysia using structural equation modeling. But earlier research still gave contradictory results. In the context of managing talented employee, the psychological contract needs to focus on the key factors shaping employee resilience. SMEs employ a large number of the human capital and foster entrepreneurial side of individuals. Based on opportunity approach, SMEs can create high level of human capital and entrepreneurial competencies. This study aimed at explained the relationship between human capital and entrepreneurial competencies on the SME business performance. Study was conducted on SME's in Central Java, Indonesia. Based on quantitative approach, this research used survey instrument by delivering questionnaire. The Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) was used to analyze the data. The result showed the significant relationship between human capital, entrepreneurial competencies and SMEs performance. This suggests that SME entrepreneurs should give attention to learning activities. This study's findings contribute to SMEs literature and human capital theory.
