Beralamat di Jalan Sawah Liek RT00/ RW003 Kelurahan Kampung olo kecamatan Nanggalo Kota Padang. Sekolah ini merupakan salah satu sekolah Islam Terpadu,yang menerapkan pendidikan terintegrasi antara ilmu dan ilmu Keislaman. Metodologi yang dipilih untuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian Research and Development, metode Research and Development merupakan pilihan karena memiliki proses yang lebih kompleks dalam tahap-tahapan yang dapat mengakomodasi beragam kepentingan penelitian ini. pendekatan saintifik adalah pendekatan keilmuan yang bersifat logis dan sistematis. Dalam prosesnya diawali siswa menanya, karena ada objek yang dilihat dan didengar maka siswa merespon sehingga muncul kegiatan bertanya, ketika guru menyampaikan atau menjawab pertanyaan dari siswa maka nantinya akan dikaitkan dengan materi yang diajarkan.Anak-anak di TK-IT Ar-Rahmah mengawali pembelajaran dengan katerampilan proses, seperti mengamati, mengklasifikasi, mengukur, meramalkan, menjelaskan, dan menyimpulkan.
