With a robust background in healthcare and psychology, I am a dedicated and adaptable professional currently serving at the Ga East Municipal Hospital's Clinical Psychology Unit. My journey through various healthcare settings has allowed me to refine my expertise in administrative support, patient care, and community health, demonstrating a consistent commitment to enhancing health services and patient outcomes.

In my current role, I manage scheduling and appointments, meticulously organize and maintain confidential client records, and perform essential administrative tasks, including data entry and inventory management. My unwavering attention to detail and professionalism ensure the highest standards of confidentiality in handling client information. I am also actively involved in creating and distributing informative materials, showcasing my dedication to improving client awareness and education.

During my tenure with the Ghana Health Service at the Ashongman Reproductive and Child Health Department, I played a pivotal role in delivering crucial health information and services to local populations. My efforts in improving health-seeking behaviors and conducting home visits for patients unable to visit clinics highlighted my deep commitment to community health and well-being.

My earlier roles as a Health Assistant and Community Health Worker with the Ghana Atomic Energy Commission Hospital involved responsibilities such as recording vital signs, administering medications, assisting patients with mobility, and maintaining accurate medical records. These experiences further developed my skills in executing administrative tasks and upholding strict privacy regulations, underscoring my reliability and meticulous nature.

Academically, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Information Studies from the University of Ghana and a certificate in Healthcare Assistance from the Nana Afia Kobi Serwaa Ampem Nursing Training College.
