As quantum of waste generation is raising around the world it has become a challenge for many dev... more As quantum of waste generation is raising around the world it has become a challenge for many developing countries to establish proper waste management system. The present status of waste management and the prospects of introducing improved means of disposing municipal solid waste (MSW) in India is the theme of study created. Bioremediation is the most effective management tool to manage the polluted environment and recover contaminated soil. Bioremediation, both in situ and ex-situ have strong scientific growth in SWM. Microbes are very helpful to remediate the contaminated environment. Number of microbes including aerobes, anaerobes and fungi are involved in bioremediation process. This review concludes with some simple and effective trends in waste management, with a vision of refining in current Indian systems.

In relationship marketing previous studies proposes before going to purchase of any product customer will need the information the product will going to be right or wrong to him and to maintain the product for a long period through commitment and responsible and emotional bonding with the company. Therefore, the success of any marketing campaign is depending on trust, commitment, responsibility and bonding of the customer with the company. Indian Corporate has just begun to invest in Social media and are thinking of effective engagement strategies with their audience. The study revealed certain important implications for practicing managers.

The reasons are not hard to identify. Life sciences research literally touches on issues of life and death. Biotechnology aims to serve basic human needs such as human health, food and a safe environment, touches on fundamental values, such as human dignity and the genetic integrity of humanity, can raise human rights issues such as access to health and benefits from scientific progress, raises concerns over equitable access to the fruits of new technologies, the consent of those involved in research, and protection of the environment. The ethical dimension of the life sciences touches many issues and policy communities, but one widely debated aspect is the ethical implications of protect in biotechnological inventions through the intellectual property. Intellectual property refers to legal rights resulting from intellectual activity in the industrial, scientific, literary and artistic fields. IP systems protect certain well-defined subject matter by giving limited entitlements to eligible right holders to exclude others from certain uses of the protected material. But an IP right does not give the holder the entitlement to use or market a product.
