This research examines how the British and German Mass Media reported the spread of COVID-19 and about how the mass media played a role in reporting on the health crisis that occurred in the two countries. A highly direct asymmetric reductive amination of a variety of ketone substrates, including 2-ace... more A highly direct asymmetric reductive amination of a variety of ketone substrates, including 2-acetyl-6-substituted pyridines, β-keto esters, β-keto amides, and 1-(6-methylpyridin-2-yl)propan-2-one, has been disclosed for the first time (94.6% to >99.9% ee). With ammonium trifluoroacetate as the nitrogen source, various chiral corresponding primary amines were prepared in excellent enantioselectivity and conversion in the presence of a commercially available and inexpensive chiral catalyst, Ru(OAc)2{(S)-binap}, under 0.8 MPa of hydrogen gas pressure.

Penelitian berjudul Pengaruh Level Enzim Bromelin dari Nanas Masak dalam Pembuatan Tahu Susu terh... more Penelitian berjudul Pengaruh Level Enzim Bromelin dari Nanas Masak dalam Pembuatan Tahu Susu terhadap Rendemen dan Kekenyalan Tahu Susu, dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 02 sampai dengan 12 Februari 2013 di Laboratorium Teknologi Hasil Ternak Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Purwokerto. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pemberian level bromelin yang optimal pada pembuatan tahu susu terhadap rendemen dan kekenyalan. Materi yang digunakan adalah susu layu umur 8 jam sebanyak 18 liter dari experimental farm Fakultas Peternakan UNSOED dan enzim bromelin sebanyak 450 cc berasal dari ekstrak buah nanas Bogor atau nanas Kebo. Penelitian dilaksanakan secara eksperiment menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 3 perlakuan dan ulangan sebanyak 6 kali. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah R1 yaitu susu 1 liter ditambahkan enzim bromelin sebanyak 10 cc, R2 yaitu susu 1 liter ditambahkan enzim bromelin 25 cc, dan R3 yaitu susu 1 liter ditambahkan enzim bromelin sebanyak 40 cc. Data yang diperoleh ditabulasi dianalisis dengan analisis variansi dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Beda Nyata Jujur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian enzim bromelin sebanyak (10 cc, 25 cc dan 40 cc) dengan suhu pemanasan 65 0 C selama 30 menit berpengaruh tidak nyata (P > 0,05) terhadap rendemen dan kekenyalan tahu susu. Rataan rendemen tahu susu yang diperoleh berkisar 13,21 – 15,71 %, sedang rataan kekenyalan tahu susu berkisar 0,169 – 0,178 mm/g/dt. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pembuatan tahu susu menggunakan enzim bromelin dari ekstrak nanas masak dengan level (10 cc, 25 cc dan 40 cc) ada kecenderungan meningkatkan rendemen tetapi tidak meningkatkan kekenyalan tahu susu. A research entitled “The Effect of Bromelin Enzyme From Ripe Pineapple at Making Milk Tofu on Sucrose Content and Elasticity of Milk Tofu”, The data collection started from February, 2 nd untill 12 th , 2013 in the Laboratory of Livestock Product Technology, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto. The aim of this study was to know the optimum level of bromelin on the rendemen at the making Milk Tofu and to know the optimum level of bromelin on the elasticity level of milk tofu. The materials was 18 liters of 8-hour withered milk from the experimental farm of Animal Science Faculty, UNSOED and 450 cc of bromelin enzyme from Bogor pineapple juice or Kebo pineapple juice. The research were conducted as experiment by using completely randomized design three treatments, with six times of repetition. The bromelin enzyme level as treatment were 10 cc, 25 cc and 40 cc. The treatments given were R1 (1 liter of milk added with 10 cc of bromelin enzyme), R2 (1 liters of milk, added with 25 cc of bromelin enzyme), R3 (1 liter of milk, added with 40 cc of bromelin enzyme). The acquired data were written in data tabulation and was analyzed using variation analysis continued with Honestly Significant Differents (HSD). The result showed that the treatment of giving bromelin enzyme (10 cc, 25 cc and 40 cc) at warming temperature of 65oC for 30 minutes gave non significant influence (P > 0.05) on sucrose content and milk tofu elasticity. The average of sucrose content of tofu milk acquired was about 13.21 – 15.71 %, while elasticity average of tofu milk was about 0.169 – 0.178 mm/g/s. The conclusion of this research is that the usage of bromelin enzyme from pineapple juice exctraction with the levelsof 10 cc, 25 cc and 40 cc at the making the milk tofu has a tendency to increase sucrose content but not to increase the elasticity of milk tofu. This research is research and development (R & D) which refers to the model proposed by Thiagarajan. The feasibility of the media is validated by material experts and media experts. Subjects The trial of this study was 25 students of the University of Jambi Physics Education in 2016. The research data is in the form of module validation values by material and media experts, as well as the results of student perceptions of the module. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that the assessment of wave solving and problem-solving optics modules was declared feasible with very good categories, namely with the results of material expert validation of 92%, the value of media expert validation was 86.5%. The results of the analysis of student perception data show that the print module seen from the aspect of the module cover design obtained an average percentage of 83%, from the design aspects in the module obtained an average percentage of 82%, from the presentation aspects of the module material obtained an average percentage amounting to 84.5%, from the aspect of Probem Solving obtained a percentage of 81%, and from the language aspect in the module obtained an average percentage of 84.25%. Based on these results it can be concluded that the Problem Solving-based print module on Sound Wave material in Solid, Liquid, and Gas Waves and Optics courses developed is suitable to be used as one of the learning media that can be used in the implementation of Wave and Optical subject learning. Abstrak-Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) untuk mengetahui hasil dari produk yang dikembangkan dan (2) untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa mengenai modul Gelombang Bunyi pada Zat Padat, Cair dan Gas yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) yang mengacu pada model yang dikemukakan oleh Thiagarajan. Kelayakan media divalidasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media. Subjek Uji coba penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Fisika Universitas Jambi angkatan 2016 sebanyak 25 orang. Data hasil penelitian berupa nilai validasi modul oleh ahli materi dan media, serta hasil persepsi mahasiswa mengenai modul. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data disimpulkan bahwa Penilaian modul Gelombang dan Optik berbasis problem solving dinyatakan layak dengan kategori sangat baik yaitu dengan nilai hasil validasi ahli materi sebesar 92%, nilai hasil validasi ahli media sebesar 86,5%. Hasil analisis terhadap data persepsi mahasiswa ini menunjukkan bahwa modul cetak dilihat dari aspek desain cover modul diperoleh persentase rata-rata sebesar 83%, dari aspek desain dalam modul diperoleh persentase rata-rata sebesar 82%, dari aspek penyajian materi modul

Motivasi berperan sangat penting dalam proses pembelajaran, motivasi merupakan hal yang mendasar yang harus dimiliki siswa sebelum mempelajari pengetahuan terlebih dahulu. Motivasi yang baik dapat memicu tercapainya tujuan dalam suatu pembelajaran. Laporan penggalamaman terbaik ini di buat supaya menjadi bahan referensi yang baik untuk guru bidang studi dan menambah wawasan mengenai strategi belajar yang baik. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI MIA 3 SMAN 2 Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini di lakukan dengan mewawancarai beberapa orang peserta didik dan di tindak lanjuti dengan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pembelajaan dengan menggunakan Scientific Approach berbantu simulasi Phet pada materi Suhu dan Kalor dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik.

Berdasarkan hasil analisis data disimpulkan bahwa Penilaian modul Gelombang dan Optik berbasis problem solving dinyatakan layak dengan kategori sangat baik yaitu dengan nilai hasil validasi ahli materi sebesar 92%, nilai hasil validasi ahli media sebesar 86,5%. Hasil analisis terhadap data persepsi mahasiswa ini menunjukkan bahwa modul cetak dilihat dari aspek desain cover modul diperoleh persentase rata-rata sebesar 83%, dari aspek desain dalam modul diperoleh persentase rata-rata sebesar 82%, dari aspek penyajian materi modul

Motivasi berperan sangat penting dalam proses pembelajaran, motivasi merupakan hal yang mendasar yang harus dimiliki siswa sebelum mempelajari pengetahuan terlebih dahulu. Motivasi yang baik dapat memicu tercapainya tujuan dalam suatu pembelajaran. Laporan penggalamaman terbaik ini di buat supaya menjadi bahan referensi yang baik untuk guru bidang studi dan menambah wawasan mengenai strategi belajar yang baik. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI MIA 3 SMAN 2 Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini di lakukan dengan mewawancarai beberapa orang peserta didik dan di tindak lanjuti dengan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pembelajaan dengan menggunakan Scientific Approach berbantu simulasi Phet pada materi Suhu dan Kalor dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik.
