We believe that the role of the culture is decisive at the time to adopt a style of health care. Theoretical analysis about culture-health care implies three issues: 1. Behaviors are emboiled in cultural scripts. 2. Health-care reveals behavioral paradoxes. 3. Gender perspective. Empirical data were obtain from a pilot sample of women all of which are residents in La Plata, Argentina. The personal interview was modeled on the semiestructured clinical interview.

The general objetive to implement a health-oriented education program promoting preventive measures aimed at improving the quality of life in the community. The specific objetives: a) To design educational activities capable of promoting general aids-prevention attitudes within the community. b) The formation of interdisciplinary teams for creating aids-educational strategies. c) To utilize non conventional means in order to bring to the entire community the information necessary to promote aids-prevention attitudes. d) To spread the program through the activities of the University extension. That¿s for WHO made emphasis in social topic. ¿Gender¿ contributes to a recognition in that field. Our Program ¿Creation of Educational spaces as health care ways¿ installed this category of analysis to investigate different obstacles that produce inequalities. Even accepting than in different establishments this concept is been debated, we agree that: 1. The role of male and female are the result of socio-cultural order, and the discrimination based on their differences is not acceptable. 2 2. ¿It¿ is in reference to building and expression way of male or female social condition, and their relationship. 3. Its study have to do with its complexity and the connection and the society¿s founders background. 4. The male attributes are socially predominant on female ones.
