This study aims to find patterns of sociolinguistic competence in terms of self-concept in Dilema Based Learning bentuk. The study used was a mixed method with concurrent embedded design. The study was conducted with fifth grade students at Cipocok Berhasil Public Elementary School in Serb Banten. The type of research information was obtained from pre- and post-tests, questionnaires, and interviews. The information analysis used in this study was normality test, homogeneity test, independent samples t-test, and gain n test. The results of this study revealed the following: 1) the post-test scores of the experimental class increased; 2) different patterns of sociolinguistic competence were found in the groups with low, biasa, and high self-concept.

The population in this study were fourth grade students at SDN Sukaratu 1, Majasari District, Pandeglang Regency in the 2019/2020 Academic Year. This research uses qualitative research with case study type. Sampling using simple random sampling. Data collection used tests of mathematical communication skills and interviews. The results showed that the students' sociolinguistic abilities and strategies on fractions were different. Some students are able to explain and write down their sociolinguistic abilities and strategies, and some students are unable to explain and write down their sociolinguistic skills and strategies.

The motivation to learn from parents for their children is not optimal, parents should be able to... more The motivation to learn from parents for their children is not optimal, parents should be able to take the time to guide and encourage their children so that their desire to learn increases. So, the child is motivated by his own curiosity about everything by learning. This study aims to determine the role of parents on students' motivation to learn online. This research used a qualitative descriptive type and was conducted on the fifth grade students, amounting to 25 students at SD Negeri Pagerbatu 2, Pandeglang Banten. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis was performed by means of data triangulation. The results of this study indicate that: the role of parents on students' motivation to learn online falls into three categories, namely the Low category has a percentage of 24%, the Medium category is 28%, and the High category is 48%. In the Low category the parents do not fully supervise when students carry out online learning, the Medium category parents are impatient in providing understanding to their children when the PJOK Online lessons take place, and the High category parents find it easy to guide students, supervise and be patient when learning takes place.

Pola pembelajaran yang menekankan kepada siswa tuk belajar layaknya kerjasama dalam kelompok keci... more Pola pembelajaran yang menekankan kepada siswa tuk belajar layaknya kerjasama dalam kelompok kecil dikelas dan diisi oleh komunikasi matematis di dalamnya, penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui hasil perbedaan atau perbandingan pembelajaran individual dengan pembelajaran yang menggunakan model cooperative learning tipe jigsaw. Materi yang berikan kepada siswa ialah materi yang ada di semester genap yakni tentang perbandingan dan skala. Sasaran penelitian yakni kelas V A dan V B di SDN Buah Gede, Serang Banten yang masing-masing kelas berpopulasikan 19 siswa. Penelitian ini berjenis quasi eksperimen yang mana kelas populasi dibagi menjadi dua kelas yakni kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Desainnya pun memakai Non-Equivalen Control Group. The PROSPECT trial (N1048) is evaluating the selective use of chemoradiation in patients with cT2... more The PROSPECT trial (N1048) is evaluating the selective use of chemoradiation in patients with cT2N1 and cT3N0-1 rectal cancer undergoing sphincter-sparing low anterior resection. We evaluated outcomes of PROSPECT-eligible and -ineligible patients from a multi-institutional database. Data from patients with locally advanced rectal cancer who received chemoradiation and low anterior resection from 2005 to 2014 were retrospectively collected from 5 Canadian centers. Overall survival, disease-free survival (DFS), recurrence-free survival (RFS), and time to local recurrence (LR) were estimated using the Kaplan-Meier method, and a multivariate analysis was performed adjusting for prognostic factors. A total of 566 (37%) of 1531 patients met the PROSPECT eligibility criteria. Eligible patients were more likely to have better PS (P = .0003) and negative circumferential resection margin (P < .0001). PROSPECT eligibility was associated with improved DFS (hazard ratio [HR], 0.75; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.61-0.91), overall survival (HR, 0.73; 95% CI, 0.57-0.95), and RFS (HR, 0.68; 95% CI, 0.54-0.86) in univariate analyses. In multivariate analysis, only RFS remained significantly improved for PROSPECT-eligible patients (HR, 0.75; 95% CI, 0.57-1.00, P = .0499). The 3-year DFS and freedom from LR for PROSPECT-eligible patients were 79.1% and 97.4%, respectively, compared to 71.1% and 96.8% for PROSPECT-ineligible patients. Real-world data corroborate the eligibility criteria used in the PROSPECT study; the criteria identify a subgroup of patients in whom risk of recurrence is lower and in whom selective use of chemoradiation should be actively examined.

The population in this study were fourth grade students of Sukaratu 4 Elementary School, Majasari District, Pandeglang Regency in the Academic Year of 2019/2020. The reseracher used simple random sampling. The data collection used tests of mathematical communication skills, observation, and documentation. The results showed that (1) the classical completeness test of students' mathematical communication skills reached a minimum limit of 68, (2) mathematical communication skills of Neo Snake and Ladder Game media had reached classical completeness of 75% and (3) the increase in average of mathematical communication skills using media Neo Snake and Ladder Games were better than the average mathematical communication skills of students without using Neo Snake and Ladder Games media.
