Compact geometry and low cost allows WINS to be embedded and distributed at a small fraction of the cost of conventional wireline sensor and actuator systems. In this paper we have concentrated in the most important application, Border Security

Proposed applications for visible light communications (VLC) include indoor local area networks through room lighting in-flight data downlinks through airplane reading lamps intelligent transportation positioning in wireless sensor networks and underwater. We have designed a prototype LIFI system to transfer datas as well as Files. Our idea is to send data and file as serial datas using UART serial communication from one PC to another PC using VLC. So we have used the visible light communication at the transmitting end and also for reception we are using photodiodes at the receiving PC. We have deployed PIC microcontroller for toggling of the LED at the transmitting end and again for binary conversion of received stream of data into a suitable file to be recognized by the PC software. Photo diode transistor is used to recover the data from visible light and inverting amplifier is used to get the data and processed by pic controller connected to PC serial communication port as well as Android Phone using OTG cable.it can be used wherever LED light source is available.

Evolution of wireless access technologies is about to reach its fifth generation (5G).Over the past decade, wireless technology has undergone enormous growth. Surveys have shown that a new wireless subscriber signs up every 2.5 seconds. However, wireless is not a recent technology. Several wireless technologies are available with their own advantages and disadvantages. In this paper we present the study of several generations which are being used 1G, 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G and try to find some future generations which are under research like 6G, and 7G. We also throw light on the evolution and development of various generations of mobile wireless technology along with their significance and advantages of one over the other.

Wind turbine is provided with ventilated casing to reduce the large air pressure. The mouth of casing is provided with valve to control the wind flow. The blade is mounted on the roof of the train and total mechanical support is provided .The electricity produced will run the various loads connected to the train cabin. The excess power is stored in battery for further use. This will help to cut down the usage of non renewable sources which is on the verge of extinction and the entire process is non-polluting.

The failure of electronic components, software bugs and destructive agents could lead to the random failure of the nodes. Sensors may be fail due to exhaustion of battery power, which may cause the network to be uncovered and disconnected. Based on the deployment nature of the nodes in remote or hostile environments, such as a battlefield or desert, it is impossible to recharge or replace the battery. However, the data gathered by the sensors are highly essential for the analysis, and therefore, the collaborative detection of coverage holes have strategic importance in WSNs. In this project, distributed coverage hole detection algorithms are designed, where nodes can collaborate to detect the coverage holes autonomously. The performance evaluation of protocols suggests that the suggested protocols outperform in terms of hole detection time, limited power consumption and control packet overhead to detect holes as compared to other similar protocols. The AODV (Ad-hoc On demand Distance Vector) routing protocol is used for requesting the route to the destination node on the demand of the source node.

A micro power spectrum analyzer has been developed to enable low power operation of the entire WINS system. Thus WINS require a Micro watt of power. But it is very cheaper when compared to other security systems such as RADAR under use. It is even used for short distance communication less than 1Km. It produces a less amount of delay. Hence it is reasonably faster. On a global scale, WINS will permit monitoring of land, water, and air resources for environmental monitoring. On a national scale, transportation systems, and borders will be monitored for efficiency, safety, and security.
