Lecturers who in this case serve as educators within such higher educational institution have a i... more Lecturers who in this case serve as educators within such higher educational institution have a important role in study and teaching process. Because it is influence of development and student of university's ability in getting knowledge. One thing that can be done to keep quality of lecturer is by doing an achievement to the lecturer with building a decision support system which use Topsis method. Achievement rated only in lecturer teaching that have 3 criteria the criteria are questioner value, lecturer attendance and the unit of lecture(SAP). The result of this research can support decision in taking lecturer achievement with use a criteria that has been determined. Decision support system use PHP and MySQL program language.

Sistem aplikasi simulasi komputer yang dapat menganalisis manfaat pembangunan sebuah proyek pemba... more Sistem aplikasi simulasi komputer yang dapat menganalisis manfaat pembangunan sebuah proyek pembangunan infrastruktur di sebuah kecamatan dan disimulasikan dalam aplikasi fuzzy toolbox Matlab 7.9.2 Dalam menganalisis manfaat pembangunan infrastruktur digunakan beberapa aturan ilmu ekonomi dan studi kelayakan pembangunan infrastruktur yaitu aspek manfaat, aspek efektifitas dan aspek efisiensi. Aturan-aturan tersebut diterapkan pada hasil data manfaat saat dilakukan pembangunan infrastruktur di tahun pertama selanjutnya hasil data manfaat tersebut diproses dengan menggunakan penalaran logika fuzzy mamdani yang terdiri dari 2 proses inferensi. Dalam pemrosesan data input fuzzy menghasilkan ouput dari proses inferensi yang kemudian diklasifikasikan dalam 5 kondisi kelayakan yaitu, rendah, normal, tinggi, sangat tinggi dan tidak layak yang mana kondisi ini dijadikan sarana pendukung dalam pengambilan keputusan pembangunan infrastruktur di suatu daerah.

Credit Union "Pardis" is one of the financial institutions that provide credit loans. In this research used fuzzy mamdani method to solve the problem. The variables used for fuzzy calculations on this system are how income, savings balance and loan amount. Test results using Matlab Application.

This research is to forcasting the plant esters flower using the neural network method. The purpo... more This research is to forcasting the plant esters flower using the neural network method. The purpose of this research is to build the model of plant growth through observation of several variables, namely variable length of stalk, amount of flower, diameter of flower, time of flower appearance, amount of leaves and amount of sprout. Each variable compares with plant growth that is organic fertilizer. Observations were made using IOT devices that were installed at each point in the garden. Through observation it was found that plant plants observed for 30 days then using the neural network method to predict plant growth were found in 100 iterations at an iteration point of 9 stable plant models at point 3 so it was found that the best plant model conditions

Users can download and upload data such as the application file, multimedia and text through the Internet network. But for the Internet availability is still less equal access because of the lack of availability of adequate infrastructure, therefore the author make the utilization of bandwidth that can be establish Internet balancing although still on a small scale. By this research the authors use bandwidth from PT. Deltauli Home Teknikarya that where bandwidth necessity on when time off-time unused office, where the office always pay full for Internet connection even though at the time of the off-time. It's many of the available bandwidth, so that the author is trying to take advantage of the bandwidth at the time of the off-time the office to be used by the community using radio connection link and use the radius server as user management and server to send sms and user and password to the users who want to enjoy free internet connection.

Berdasarkan hal ini untuk menentukan dosen terbaik maka digunakan metode. Metode yang digunakan adalah Simple Additive Weighting(SAW). Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot setiap kriteria, dan kemudian melakukan normalisasi matriks keputusan ke suatu skala yang dapat diperbandingkan dengan semua rating alternatif yang ada. Hasil dari perhitungan metode ini adalah berupa hasil perangkingan. Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Bobot, Perangkingan, Dosen, SAW

The purpose of this research is to build the model of plant growth through observation of several variables, namely variable length of stalk, amount of flower, diameter of flower, time of flower appearance, amount of leaves and amount of sprout. Each variable compares with plant growth that is organic fertilizer. Observations were made using IOT devices that were installed at each point in the garden. Through observation it was found that plant plants observed for 30 days then using the neural network method to predict plant growth were found in 100 iterations at an iteration point of 9 stable plant models at point 3 so it was found that the best plant model conditions

Pendapatan daerah merupakan penerimaan dana bagi pemerintahan daerah yang digunakan sebagai penu... more Pendapatan daerah merupakan penerimaan dana bagi pemerintahan daerah yang
digunakan sebagai penunjang pembangunan daerah. Pendapatan daerah digunakan untuk
membiayai proyek-proyek, program-program pemerintah dan kegiatan-kegiatan daerah, salah
satu pendapatan daerah yaitu retribusi daerah, ada beberapa jenis retribusi daerah dan
masing-masing jenis retribusi tersebut terdiri dari titik-titik objek retribusi. Daerah-daerah
yang menjadi objek retribusi sudah ditentukan oleh pemerintahan daerah. Kegiatan transaksi
pembayaran retribusi dilakukan secara langsung oleh petugas pemungut retribusi dan wajib
retribusi. Hal ini rentan menyebabkan terjadi pemungutan liar yang dilakukan oleh oknum
pemungut retribusi. Karena tidak ada pengawasan dan monitoring yang dilakukan oleh
atasan. Hal tersebut sulit dilakukan karena titik-titik objek retribusi yang jumlahnya sangat
banyak di seluruh wilayah pemerintahan daerah karo.
Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan riset dan kemudian mendefenisikan seluruh titiktitik
objek
retribusi
pemerintah
kabupaten
karo
selanjutnya
memetakan objek-objek retribusi
tersebut dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode K-Means menjadi sebuah sistem. Melalui
sistem ini akan dapat memonitoring dan mengoptimalisasi jumlah pendapatan yang masuk ke
kas daerah setiap hari melalui titik-titik objek retribusi. Selanjutnya sistem pemetaan objek
retribusi melalui 3 variabel yang dapat dihitung nilai optimasi pendapatan objek retribusi
sehingga nilai pendapatan yang diperoleh dapat dibandingkan dengan nilai optimal pada
sistem. Selain itu sistem akan meng-cluster titik-titik objek retribusi. Sistem akan melakukan
pengelompokkan (clustering) titik-titik retribusi berdasarkan letak geografis, tingkat potensial
memberikan pendapatan, pengembangan sistem pengelolaan. Dengan demikian kegiatan
pungli (pungutan liar) yang dilakukan oleh oknum petugas pengutip retribusi akan dapat
diminimalisasi karena kegiatan pengawasan sudah dapat dilakukan oleh petugas pemerintah
daerah dengan mudah dan tersistem.
