Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis apakah aktiva tetap, biaya operasional, dan ... more Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis apakah aktiva tetap, biaya operasional, dan hutang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap laba bersih pada Perusahaan Sektor Perdagangan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018 -2021. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan perdagangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Jumlah perusahaan perdagangan yang terdaftar di BEI adalah sebanyak 65 perusahaan periode 2018-2021 yang merupakan jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini. Dari pengujian yang dilakukan secara simultan bahwa Aktiva Tetap, Biaya Operasional dan Hutang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Laba Bersih pada perusahaan Perdagangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2021. Dengan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,291 atau 29,1% yang artinya variasi dari Laba Bersih (Y) dijelaskan oleh variable Aktiva Tetap (X1), Biaya Operasional (X2), Hutang(X3), sedangkan sisanya 70,9% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lainnnya yang tidak diteliti dalam ...

This study aims to determine and test the effect of assets structure, profitability, sales growth... more This study aims to determine and test the effect of assets structure, profitability, sales growth, and firm size on capital structure partially and simultaneously of food and beverage companies. Determination of the sample used in this study was purposive sampling technique which amounted to 11 companies with a year observation of five years and data obtained from the financial statements of food and beverage companies at www.idx.co.id. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis.Based on the results obtained that assets structure has a significant effect on capital structure. Meanwhile, profitability, sales growth, and firm size didn’t have a significant effect on capital structure. Simultaneous hypothesis test results obtained that the assets structure, profitability, sales growth, and firm size have a significant effect on capital structure.

The purpose of this research is to prove whether there is an influence between stock prices and D... more The purpose of this research is to prove whether there is an influence between stock prices and DER, ROE, NPM and EPS. The population is 17 companies and 40 samples which are multiplied by five years with this type of quantitative descriptive research, purposive sampling is carried out on the IDX financial statements for 2016-2020. Multiple linear regression analysis is used in testing the data with the researcher testing the classical assumptions first. The coefficient of determination is 0.349, which means that 34.9% of the stock price variable is explained by the DER, ROE, NPM and EPS variables and the remaining 65.1% is explained by other variables not studied. The results of the research show that in the partial test DER, ROE and NPM have no effect, but EPS has an influence on stock prices. And simultaneously DER, ROE, NPM and EPS affect stock prices.

The population in this study are 45 Infrastructure, Utilities and Transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Analysis of data with multiple linear regression using SPSS 20 Software, the results of this study indicate that the current ratio partially has no effect and is not significant on financial performance, net profit margin partially and significantly affects financial performance, total asset turnover partially and significantly affects financial performance. The research’s method is using quantitative method. The population is taken from manufacturinng companies engaged in consumer goods listed on the IDX from 2017-2019. The total of samples in this study were 87 samples : it is 29 companies multiplied by 3 research periods. The research model is multiple linear regression. The results of this study are Profitability, Asset Structure, Company Size, and Sales Growth partially have no and no significant effect on Capital Structure in Consumer Goods companies on the IDX for the 2017-2019. Liquidity partially has a negative and significant effect on the capital structure of the Consumer Goods sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019.

The factors which tested in this research were Current Ratio. Leverage Ratio, and Cash Flow. The study used causal method which was aimed to analyze the influence of independent variables on dependent variable. The population was 22 property and real estate companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period of 2011-2014 until there were 88 saturated samples. The data were analyzed by using logistic regression analysis. This research uses a quantitative descriptive presentation with a total sample of 29 consumer goods companies. The sample selection using data collection techniques used in this research is literature study and official sources of data, in this case published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange on its website www.idx.co.id . Hypothesis testing of the data is tested using the classical assumption test. The value of Adjusted Rsquare is 0.203, which means 20.3% and the other independent variables are 79.7%.
