It requires theory and models established in management, technical and social sciences. The improvement is based on the assumption that the organization if it owns mature and capable processes, would be able to deliver quality software on time and in line with predicted costs. The maturity models are initially aimed for implementation in enterprise software organizations, government organizations and within the military industry. Their complexity and the size make them difficult to use in small software organizations and companies. In such organizations the interest for use and the efforts to make an efficient and effective organization is always presented, though. In this paper, the basic and derived capability maturity models are described and cases from their implementation are analyzed, along with assessment of results of such projects in business practices. Here is represented a simulation method using OPNET as simulation tool that includes a complete scenario of IPTV channels distribution in the hypothetical IP / MPLS network. Based on simulation results of the QoS parameters in the network and using of certain well-known regression analysis of QoS/QoE correlation model it is possible to evaluate the quality of the received video perceived by the user. It performs the mapping between quality assessment VQR (Video Quality Ratings), VQM (Video Quality Metric) and DMOS (Difference Mean Opinion Score) subjective rating scales. In that way it performs validation of IPTV service in terms of comparing the original video and the received video by the end user. The aim of this paper is to demonstrate the possibility of video quality validation under laboratory conditions using simulation method.

advanced so much that the geographical gap is bridged with the use of tools that make you feel as if you are inside the classroom. Elearning offers the ability to share material in all kinds of formats such as videos (eg. mp4, .flv, mpeg, avi), slideshows (eg. .ppt,
.pptx), word (doc, docx), Portable Document Format (.pdf), etc. These days learners are well versed in the use of smart phones, text
messaging and using the internet which made using and running an online course to become a simple affair. E-Learning, in
comparison with traditional learning, significantly reduces the time needed to locate information. It also offers access to online
resources, databases, periodicals, journals and other materials you wouldn't normally have access from a library. The main objective of
e-learning modules for transport is to create knowledge that will be available to stakeholders regardless of geographic distance. Using
e-learning platforms in transport systems can help in the analysis of transport processes, improvement and optimization of transport
processes, shaping an holistic approaches to protect the environment, development in strategic plans regarding sustainable mobility
solutions, etc. E-learning platforms in transport can help adapt to the curricula in high schools and universities in order to acquire
theoretical and practical knowledge and skills for employment in the transport companies.

An IoT technology stack provides seamless connectivity between various physical and virtual objects. The increasing number of IoT applications leads to the issue of transmitting, storing, and processing a large amount of data. Therefore, it is necessary to enable a system capable to handle the growing traffic requirements with the required level of QoS (Quality of Service). IoT devices become more complex due to the various components such as sensors and network interfaces. The IoT environment is often demanding for mobile power source, QoS, mobility, reliability, security, and other requirements. Therefore, new IoT technologies are required to overcome some of these issues. In recent years new wireless communication technologies are being developed to support the development of new IoT applications. This paper provides an overview of some of the most widely used wireless communication technologies used for IoT applications.

Some unexpected events in the warehouse such as temperature fluctuations and humidity changes, and other unwanted events may destroy the value of goods and products. In such circumstances, continuous monitoring of the warehouse and condition control should be carried out. Internet of Things (IoT) enables the development of various cost-effective solutions based on modern Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and infrastructure. IoT brings new opportunities and benefits for the development of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). This paper put in light some possibilities of IoT applications for a smart warehouse monitoring system. We present a model of IoT system that helps to overcome some shortcomings in existing solutions for warehouse monitoring control.

advanced so much that the geographical gap is bridged with the use of tools that make you feel as if you are inside the classroom.
