Effective in improving system capacity while lowering RF connection costs and simplifying the system. Complete method with greatest accuracy for joint transmits and receive antenna selection (JTRAS), capable of scanning all subsets of both transmitting and receiving antennas for the optimal solution. However, when as the number of antennas but also computational complexity increase grows too great, limiting its application. Antennas are coded fractionally channel capacity maximizing coding is used as a basic criterion in this paper, and an intelligent algorithm Particle swarm algorithm, generic algorithm are used to pick antennas. The simulation results show that both algorithms are capable of performing antenna selection.

The grain size of the fillers is 200 µm. The number of samples is (16) in addition to the virgin sample; these samples are prepared by cast molding method for polyester with filler volume fractions (5%, 10%, 15% and 20%). Shore hardness tests were used to measure the hardness and Lee disk method for thermal conductivity. The experimental results showed that the (20% ZnO) sample has the maximum value of thermal conductivity where (20% w.f) has minimum thermal conductivity .on the other hand (15% ZnO) sample give the maximum value of hardness where (20% w.f) sample gave the minimum value of hardness. From this study there is an important factor that should be observed that is the relationship between hardness and thermal conductivity. The study prove that the experimental results satisfy the theoret...

Research paper thumbnail of Inductanceless high order low frequency filters for medical applications

International Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering (IJECE), 2022

In this paper, a designed circuit used for low-frequency filters is implemented and realized the ... more In this paper, a designed circuit used for low-frequency filters is implemented and realized the filter is based on frequency-dependent negative resistance (FDNR) as an inductor simulator to substitute the traditional inductance, which is heavy and high cost due to the coil material manufacturing and size area. The simulator is based on an active operation amplifier or operation transconductance amplifier (OTA) that is easy to build in an integrated circuit with a minimum number of components. The third and higher-order Butterworth filter is simulated at low frequency for low pass filter to use in medical instruments and low-frequency applications. The designed circuit is compared with the traditional proportional integral controller enhanced (PIE) and T section ordinary filter. The results with magnitude and phase response were compared and an acceptable result is obtained. The filter can be used for general applications such as medical and other low-frequency filters needed.

Research paper thumbnail of Characterization of silicon tunnel field effect transistor based on charge plasma

One of the most applications of the TFET device which operates based on CP technique is the biosensor. CP-TFET is to be used as an effective device to detect the uncharged molecules of the bio-sample solution. Charge plasma is one of some techniques that recently invited to induce charge carriers inside the devices. In this proposed paper we use a high work function in the source (ϕ=5.93 eV) to induce hole charges and we use a lower work function in drain (ϕ=3.90 eV) to induce electron charges. Many electrical characterizations in this paper are considered to study the performance of this device like a current drain (ID) versus voltage gate (Vgs), ION/IOFF ratio, threshold voltage (VT) transconductance (gm), and sub-threshold swing (SS). The signification of this paper comes into view enhancement the performance of the dev...

In this paper, a memristor device were realized, implemented and evaluated using PSPICE package. Where the HP laboratories are manufactured and tests the performance. The relationship between voltage and current characteristics has been measured in different frequencies and voltage to the memristor. The results obtained are compatible with the designed micromodel with the expected performance.

Research paper thumbnail of Electrical characterization of si nanowire GAA-TFET based on dimensions downscaling

International Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering, 2021

These parameters are critical factors of the characteristics of tunnel field effect transistors. The Silvaco TCAD has been used to study the electrical characteristics of Si-NW TFET. Output (gate voltage-drain current) characteristics with channel dimensions were simulated. Results show that 50nm long nanowires with 9nm-18nm diameter and 3nm oxide thickness tend to have the best nanowire tunnel field effect transistor (Si-NW TFET) characteristics.
