In almost all countries in the world, there must be a conflict. It can be agricultural conflict, ... more In almost all countries in the world, there must be a conflict. It can be agricultural conflict, mining conflict, or even land conflicts because the land is an essential requirement for human life. West Nusa Tenggara Province is one of the provinces in Indonesia which has beautiful natural potential with abundant natural resources. One sector developed is the tourism sector with hopes that it can improve people's welfare. The goal of improving people's welfare through tourism has been explicitly mandated in article 4 of Law No. 10 of 2009 concerning tourism states that tourism aims to increase economic growth, improve people's welfare, overcome unemployment, eradicate poverty, preserve nature, the environment, and resources, advance culture, uplift the nation's image, foster a sense of love for the motherland, strengthen national identity and unity and strengthen the friendship between nations.

Land conflicts in various regions are caused by several factors, namely weak government action (land agency) in conducting research and identifying abandoned land. The land is a source of human life because lands have economic, social, and cultural values. Land rights are the strongest rights for the community so that by transferring functions that are not merely seen as economic and social values, land rights must also be meaningful in national development.

Yemen Civil War is one of the conflicts labeled as the "Worst Humanitarian Crisis" by the United ... more Yemen Civil War is one of the conflicts labeled as the "Worst Humanitarian Crisis" by the United Nations at 2018. 1 This Civil War has claimed more than 70,000 inhabitants and more than 3 million Yemenis have to evacuate. 2 The war situation in Yemen involving airstrikes and a blockade made it increasingly difficult to make a living in the areas where refugees come from. Divided into two blocks, Houthi which is the rebel forces that hold the ideology of Shia. Meanwhile Hadi, the government that holds the ideology of Sunni. Hadi was backed up by the Saudi-led military coalition with the support of the United Arab Emirates and the United States by providing them military assistance fought against the Houti rebels who are allegedly supported by Iran. Based on the explanation above, it can be seen that the conflict in Yemen Civil War is an Intrastate conflict. Hadi and Houthi tried to uphold their own interests, but by assassinating Ali Abdullah Saleh, the former Yemeni president who has led Yemen for more than three decades, the opposition party is using the wrong path to serve their interests. 3 This conflict is considered strategic for the interests of the countries

The Bougainville conflict originated from the exploitation of gold and copper mining in Panguna, ... more The Bougainville conflict originated from the exploitation of gold and copper mining in Panguna, Central Bougainville, managed by Bougainville Copper Limited, a subsidiary of British company Rio Tinto in 1969. This environmental degradation violation was the beginning of the intense civil conflict in Bougainville that has called out the attention of the international humanitarian watch. This research aims to examine and elaborate further on the impacts of the mining MNCs in Bougainville on its environmental and humanitarian conditions and the correlation between the environmental damage and human rights issues created by MNCs. The Case of Bougainville Copper Limited is an extreme example of how MNC operations can mess up a country's internal security. In this case, the mistreatment and willful neglect of indigenous, environmental, human right violations and property rights gave Bougainville a legitimate reason to start a war. When an MNC fails to adjust its actions in relation to socioeconomic and political conditions, they are asking for trouble. Bougainville also has a history of separatism, and has a different cultural identity than Papua New Guinea.
