Using convenience sampling technique, data was collected from 273 respondents who work as academicians in private universities in Bangladesh. The finding of this research is that gender doesn’t moderate the relationships between W to FC and JS/F to WC and JS. This study has added value to the Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour literature by determining the circumstances that influence both directions of W-FC on job satisfaction.

Study used quantitative strategy and cross-sectional survey method to collect the data from 250 employees with education level of intermediate to masters. Results demonstrated that more than 90% of participants rated the level of succession planning, flexibility and communication used in RMG organisations as low to bring females into leadership positions. Since, no study identifying the use of three antecedents in Bangladesh has been conducted so far, significance of this study lies in highlighting the exact antecedents to be improved in RMG organizations of Bangladesh to increase female participation in leadership positions.

The area of enquiry is the ready-made garment producing organizations based on qualitative research. 8 participants from one of the biggest RMG organisations in Saver, Dhaka, Bangladesh were interviewed for the research. Rich qualitative data provided by the participants were used to identify a number of key factors influencing organisational behaviour and culture. The organisational behavioural influences include lack of work-life balance, patriarchal and bureaucratic structure, while cultural influences are gender stereotyping and lack of self-confidence. Further analysis of findings revealed several ways to overcome factors that create barriers for women holding leadership positions including seeking mentors and building self-confidence. The study is specifically valuable for females working in RMG organiz...

First, to identify the gap in the existing literature on transformational leadership (TL). Second, to suggest a comprehensive instrument for a higherorder construct of TL. Third, to propose a rigorous research framework for future empirical research, and fourth, to propose an appropriate research methodology for that empirical research. Using a systematic literature review approach, various databases were accessed to obtain current literature on the topic. Transformational leadership constructs were extensively explored for current concept developments and available measurement scales. A research model was proposed according to transformational leadership, and upper echelon theoretical frames and appropriate research methodology was recommended. The study found that the research on the TL, its antecedents, factors, and outcomes were still bei...

The literature suggests that servant leadership leads to increased self-efficiency, which in turn enhances employee engagement. However, the direct and indirect relationship between this leadership style and employee engagement remains under-researched. The purpose of this research was therefore to investigate the impact of servant leadership on Pakistani bank employees' engagement through the mediating role of selfefficacy. Survey data was collected from public and private bank employees using the multistage sampling method. Data analysis using SmartPLS revealed that servant leadership has a direct positive impact on employee engagement. The mediating role of self-efficacy between this relationship was also found to be positive and significant, in line with the conservation of resources theory. Thus, bank managers should practice servant leadership in interacting with their employees to improve the latter's involvement in their jobs. Leveraging existing literature, this paper reviews the factors that affect the online purchasing ... more Leveraging existing literature, this paper reviews the factors that affect the online purchasing behaviour of fashion consumers in Malaysia. It aims to deduce the effect that various technologies have on fashion consumption and the drivers of the changes in consumer behaviour. The approach taken builds on existing frameworks for categorising technologies as processes, products, and services and then analyses the effect of the different marketing technologies on fashion consumption in Malaysia. The ability of the young middle class to earn more money and experience global fashion trends are key drivers of the change in their consumption behaviour. The outcome is an increased need for exciting experiences when shopping, and higher fashion tastes which can be attributed to the ever-increasing trends in technological innovations.
