The research data is qualitative in nature and is generated from filling out open questionnaires to informants. 124 informants voluntarily filled out the questionnaire and came from various regions in Indonesia, for this reason, informant data was protected. Data analysis was carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner by collecting data, reducing, presenting, verifying, and concluding. The results showed that 1 person was in the underweight category, 71 people were in the healthy weight (normal) category, 27 people were in the overweight category, and 25 people were in the obese category. The conclusions of this study indicate that only 59% of teachers have a healthy weight nutritional status and the rest are in an unhealthy (not ideal) position which will have an impact on their fitness and health levels, as well as showing the performanc...

Statistical analysis Kruskal-Wallis test was used to analyse the mean score between the group of level one primary school students. Result: The results showed a group of ballet dancers grade 1 had the highest mean (M=3.13, SD=1.008), compared with a group of students with co-curricular activities M=2.000, SD=0.000) and a group of students without co-curricular activities (M=2.000, SD=0.000). However, significance differences in the scores also showed significant differences among the three g...

Available sources in the period between 2010 and 2020 that provide an overview of the occurrence of muscle imbalance and the risk of injuries in overhead sports were evaluated. A comprehensive search of relevant sources was conducted using Google Scholar, PubMed databases, and other databases, including Science Direct, Research Gate, Web of Science, and Psyc Info. Eleven articles met the criteria to be included in the systematic review. Muscle imbalance significantly impacted overhead athletes and was responsible for injuries of the shoulder, lower back, elbow, and wrist. Based on the findings of the review, further study on muscle imbalance should be carried out. More importantly, future research should investigate the muscle imbalance in the non-dominant side and identify relevant exercises that can reduce the imbalance and increase the stability and strength of the ...

The study also investigated whether there are differences in satisfaction with service quality based on gender and ethnicity of fitness centre customers. Data were collected using questionnaires distributed to all members of one fitness centre (N =248). The results showed demographic variables not important in evaluating service quality. On the other hand, empathy and assurance were found to be the two most important dimensions for customer’s satisfaction with fitness centers in Malaysia. However, all dimensions of service quality were discovered to have negative means indicating customers are dissatisfied will all aspects of service quality at the fitness centre. The results were discussed based on the gap model. Implications of the study for fitness centers were also provided in the paper.

Research instruments consisted of the PCM and SERVQUAL and administered to customers at a fitness centre in Malaysia (n = 248). In terms of sport involvement, the results showed most subjects are in the level of attachment. Results showed all dimensions of service quality have negative mean scores which mean customers are dissatisfied will all aspects of service quality at the fitness centre. A one-way ANOVA showed differences in satisfaction with service quality based on the PCM level of involvement for tangible, reliability, responsiveness and empathy dimensions of service quality. Customers at the higher level of involvement (allegiance) reported less dissatisfaction with the tangible, responsiveness, empathy and reliability dimensions of service qua...
