There are a number of changes.** (April 14th, 2025) ATTENTION ALL BREAKING COMPETITORS- IMPORTANT SCHEDULING UPDATES: The breaking competitions at the US Open are scheduled as follows:USBA/WBA World Breaking Championships will be split into 2 days of competition- Friday, July 18th, 8 am- All 17 yrs and under divisions; Saturday, July 19th, 8 am- All 18 yrs and older divisions.ISKA World Breaking Championships will be a 2 day event. Preliminary round will be held Thursday, July 17th. Top competitors from the preliminaries will advance to the live ESPN broadcast on Friday evening, July 18th. Competitors who advance will be required to break again on Friday evening.
