It is a reaction/opposite to all aspects space-oriented and scientific. The Polynesian exotic scene gears toward Nature and primitive tropical nature. The Flintstones epitomizes the vernacular. Tiki is a strong message to go "back" to the beginning to a more basic time, which was not so future-oriented as with the Space race and fears of the Cold War. There were multiple influences including design, home accessories, architecture, fashion, food drink, recreational activities, clothing, motels, and music.

With over two million individuals currently incarcerated, and over 12 million individuals with prior felony convictions, the challenge of integrating this large and growing population has become an urgent priority. Employment is widely considered a centerpiece of the reentry process, with evidence that steady work can reduce the incentives that lead to crime . And yet, hindering this goal, we know that ex-offenders face bleak prospects in the labor market, with the mark of a criminal record representing an important barrier to finding work . Indeed, more than 60% of employers claim that they would not knowingly hire an applicant with a criminal background . Overcoming the barriers to employment facing ex-offenders, then, represents an important challenge for policies aimed at effective prisoner reentry.

Taking the workfare contract as its point of departure, and drawing on Emile Durkheim's work, it is argued that social policy contracts disclose elements of mechanical and organic social solidarity. They function in both punitive and restitutive ways, their exclusionary and inclusive features acting as important sources of contemporary social solidarity. By reference to empirical evidence regarding workfare in various countries, the article highlights the importance of structural factors in determining the success of this policy. It is argued that the moralistic nature of the workfare contract, and the forms of social solidarity it expresses, obscures these deeper structural issues, leaving in place the conditions necessary for the persistence of social suffering characteristic of the post-Keynesian era. The contention is that contract has a de-politicizing effect in the field of social policy.

The topic of child human sex trafficking is extremely important because trafficking damages the psyche of vulnerable children. Human sex trafficking creates emotional scars for life. In addition, many people that have been victims of human trafficking will not only be psychologically harmed but will never fully recover mentally from the trauma of the event. Furthermore, this is an important topic to bring to light due to the fact that it harms children who are victims of human trafficking. Roma female children are frequently exploited in human sex trafficking. Exploring this important stigmatized transcultural issue is important and relevant. According to the State Department (2014), the Czech Republic is a Tier one country, meaning the amount of child sex trafficking is immense.
