In ancient societies: Mesopotamia, Egypt, Greece and Rome, among others, allowed human beings to leave records of thought forms and actions, meant for Humanity an unprecedented historical event, because it could be recorded of the first records of these civilizations, revealing a cultural legacy that transcends to our days.
Resumen: Las nuevas tendencias para abordar a los seres humanos en las organizaciones están cambi... more Resumen: Las nuevas tendencias para abordar a los seres humanos en las organizaciones están cambiando en una forma vertiginosa, nuevas tendencias buscar generar estrategias que conduzcan a las organizaciones al mayor rendimiento y productividad, y en especial su Talento Humano o Capital Humano, sus conocimientos son fundamentales para el desarrollo no sólo empresarial sino de un país. Por ello, se desarrollan nuevas estrategias como se puede evidenciar en el Coaching Organizacional que siendo una disciplina novedosa persigue colaborar con los directivos o ejecutivos de alto nivel para facilitar el aprendizaje en el logro de los objetivos organizacionales. El presente artículo tiene la finalidad de establecer los aportes fundamentales del Coaching profesional a la gerencia. The new tendencies to approach human beings in organizations are changing in a vertiginous way, new tendencies to look for to generate strategies that lead to the organizations to the greater yield and productivity, and especially their Human Talent or Human Capital, their knowledge is fundamental for The development not only of a business but of a country. Therefore, new strategies are developed as can be evidenced in Organizational Coaching which, being a new discipline, seeks to collaborate with executives or executives of high level to facilitate learning in the achievement of organizational objectives. This article has the purpose of establishing the fundamental contributions of professional coaching to management.
