In this paper, musical elements with the grounds on prenatal and early postnatal development , are comprehended to define multisensory experiences in human learning. Connections with the development of higher education are being observed and considered here. Theories, pedagogies and musical-artistic expriences are explored as a necessity in education comprehension due to its phenomenal, inner power in a human being. How and why to benefit this information? Some examples of research-oriented co-creational networks and projects are being presented and opened in this paper, as possible alternatives to support the virtual and face-to-face encounters for learning through the support of music integration.

Imagination, creativity, friendliness and the elements of comfort were found to be important for the positive wellbeing of a child. PISA studies reflect the peak of Finnish learning results concerning 15year-olds as a proof of the high quality of school education. Maintaining the positive learning results may be based on and supported by music education and creative musical experiences. This leads us to think about holistic music education as a resource.

Music education and early interaction are well known as separate phenomena. In the research reported here, music was considered as communication. The focus of the study was aimed at the gap between the connections of music education with interaction, supporting development through musical nurture. Multiple strategies methodology: qualitative and quantitative measures, theoretical, data, investigator and methodology triangulation were employed in this investigation. Systematic video analysis, however, was used as a main method. The philosophical background was phenomenological, while the empirical study was conducted as an adaptation of an action study. The musical-emotional communication in the groups of mothers and babies were compared by separating the participants in three groups:1) for both preand postnatal musical sessions (E); 2) only for postnatal musical sessions (C1); and 3) for no musical sessions at all (C2). Strong, multiple connections between music and interaction were found in the early behaviour of the mother and the baby, and in the infant's development. Based on vocal, visual, bodily and emotional evidence, especially the prenatal musical experiences were found to be significant for the mother-infant-bonding. In conclusion, early interaction can be musically supported.

The focus of this paper is the study procedure on the impact of the international CPD courses for teachers, as one of the EMP-tools. One of the most interesting results reported was a better focus found by the teachers on the learning processes of children due to the experiences of integrating music and languages. How does music work in transversal learning and integrated teaching, as a support for the teachers?

Music, in the current research, was considered as a way of communication. The connections of music education with interaction, supporting development with musical nurture, were investigated in this phenomenological study to fill in the gap. Multiple strategies methodology: both qualitative and quantitative measures, theoretical -, data -, investigator - and methodology triangulation were employed. The empirical study was conducted as an adaptation of an action study, with systematic video analysis as a main method. The musically structured amodal communication in the groups of (pregnant) mothers and (in utero) babies were compared in the investigation in three groups, 1) for both pre- and postnatal musical sessions (E); 2) only for postnatal musical sessions (C1); and 3) for no musical sessions at all (C2). Strong, multiple connections between music and linguistic interaction were manifested in the early behaviour of the mother and the baby, and in the infant’s development. Especially the prenatal musical experiences were found significant for communication skills on the basis of vocal, visual, bodily and emotional evidence; early interaction and music are connected.

These devices may distract children, harm attention, and even cause addictions (Adams, 2014; Richtel, 2010). However, other researchers reported that using the iPad helps stimulate 2-year-old children's creative-intellectual potential (Geist, 2012), children's focus, learning styles, and various learning levels (Wilkinson, 2010). According to Hodgson (2013), 5-6-yearold children were found to use higher order thinking skills in creating content independently in music because of the possibilities of touch interface technology. This was also shown in the behavior of Finnish 6-year-olds (Marjanen, 2014). Nevertheless, the essential nature of children's interactivity with the iPad in all its potential richness has not yet received enough attention (Tu, Cslovjecsek, Pérez, Blakey & Shappard, 2014). Many possibilities for increasing our understanding of how children develop their visual and audio preferences through the use of the touch screen tablets is to be observed, with the connections of the cultural and developmental inclinations. The present study points out to the interests of young children in favor of sounds, produced by manipulation of objects, supported by views opened via quantitative approach across culturally, and with qualitative aspects as a view for creating comprehension, and to interpret the results through the triangulation between the data, theory and the researchers from different cultural backgrounds. In this research, the authors investigate the Finnish-American, cross-cultural observations and comparisons and provided us interesting results.
