This research aims to examine how Islamic law, as interpreted and practiced in the region, affects women's rights and to identify potential areas for reform that could better protect and promote women's rights within the framework of Islamic law. Method: To achieve this, the researcher conducted qualitative method, which include literature review using secondary data, and interview with relevant sources to obtain primary data that will support the analysis to achieve the purpose of this research. Researcher also used primary legal sources, such as regulations and legal cases, and legal policies in relation to women's rights and Islamic law in Southeast Asia. This study intends to conduct a juridical investigation of the regulation of the Professional Com... more This study intends to conduct a juridical investigation of the regulation of the Professional Competency Test for health workers as regulated in various kinds of legislation today. As a normative study, this research uses a normative juridical method. The data used as a study is secondary data, focusing on various provisions governing Competency Tests, in general, and explicitly regulating the Competency Tests of health workers' professions. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively to assess the meaning of the existing legal rules. This descriptive-analytical research aims to provide an overview of the overall setting of the Competency Test. Furthermore, this study analyzed the purpose of implementing the Competency Test for health professionals. The application of general legal principles is also carried out in order to obtain optimum results. We firmly believe that combining traditional methods with technology must be applied to achieve outcomes, especially in postgraduate studies. For that reason, we have carried out many publications in journals, books and procedures, and other information. Then the effort has involved several steps such as understanding the data through coding evaluation and drawing conclusions that essentially want to get the answer data on this royal question as valid and accurate as possible. Based on the available evidence and the depth of the discussion of the findings, we can finally say that the learning strategy in universities, especially in the undergraduate market, is a strategy that combines the old and new ways, namely face-to-face in the classroom and is guided by collaborative learning or learning-based learning. To receive relevant data to answer this research question, we have successfully conducted a series of data searches electronically on several publications, journals, proceedings, books, and databases in the form of news and publications on robotic trading. We examine the data we find by involving a literature review system such as a data coding, data evaluation system that specifically criticizes and interprets the data so that it is easy for us to conclude data to answer questions and hypotheses of literature review about robotic trading in the all-digital era. International business may raise an international dispute, which needs to be settled through inte... more International business may raise an international dispute, which needs to be settled through international disputes resolutions. Arbitration was one of the best alternative disputes resolution chosen in international disputes resolutions. This research aims to discuss that choosing the straight wording in disputes resolution clause will mitigate the risk of losing in international arbitration. This research is normative legal research using a case approach. It used secondary data, consisting of primary legal sources, secondary legal sources and tertiary legal sources, including the review case. The result and discussion prove that to mitigate the risk of having the correct mechanism in resolving disputes resolution, the parties in international business need to follow the most straightforward way of writing disputes resolution clause. The researcher suggests that the disputes resolution clause follow the given standard.

For this purpose, we have conducted a series of data searches on online databases, especially scientific journal publications that publish HR issues and strengthen small businesses. Our data is obtained from secondary data from well-known publications such as Research gate, Taylor&Francis, Google Book, Sagepub, and databases published by the Indonesian Government related to policies and regulations for small and medium enterprises. At the same time, Indonesia is still plagued by pandemics. Then our data with a phenomenological approach to explore all available data so that we can find answers to this study with available and valid principles.
