Pre-vet club at UTA

Posted by iheartoothecae on 03.07.2011 at 15:14

Hi everyone! A few other people and I are trying to start a pre-vet club at UTA. We're hoping to be an officially recognized club before the end of the semester, but for that we need members. :) There are officer, member, and faculty advisor positions open. Our first "pre-meeting" meeting is this week! If you're a UTA student or faculty member and have an interest in veterinary medicine, please email prevetmavs@gmail.com for info.

Ladies and gentlemen!

UTA concerts

Hey everyone,

Next week Lupe Fiasco is performing at Texas Hall. My friends and I love him so we'd love to get tickets. I'm a student, but they are not. Do they check ids at all, or can I get by with purchasing them student tickets? (I know I can only purchase 2 tickets for the student price.)

I live here in Arlington, but go to school elsewhere and am minoring in Japanese. I'd like to practice a little bit over the summer so I don't get too rusty, so if anyone is (or knows of) a Japanese student who is staying here for the summer (needing help with English?), maybe we can meet a few times for lunch or coffee and simply practice. Thanks!

NEED HELP WITH YOUR CREDIT?

If anyone needs help getting their credit fixed please reply to this post.

:(

I just found out one of my favorite professors from UTA is gone.
I've no idea how to find her now or how to get a letter of recommendation from her.
She's widely published and her name pings everywhere on the net.
Dr. Debra Branch McBrier was my sociological research methods professor.
She gave me the shiniest and hardest earned A I've ever had.

I hope she's well.

Avon

Posted by devianttruth on 09.15.2007 at 19:00

I just recently got involved in the whole Avon scene so now I'm trying desperately to sell so I can make money and help out with the climbing college costs. If you feel compelled to help me out in any way, either by buying something for yourself, for others or even know somebody who would be interested, please visit my website at http://pkunkel.avonrepresentative.com/

Feel free to give the link to anybody and everybody that you know. The website is convenient and secure so you can purchase orders online and pay for them online. You have the option of having the order delivered to yourself or having them delivered to me to deliver to you. It's all up to you. The biggest bonus is you can shop from anywhere at anytime. It's very convenient. Thank you for your time and help.

Also, I live in Arlington, TX and was thinking about hosting an Avon get together. Who thinks they would be interested in coming?

Student Loan

Posted by devianttruth on 09.01.2007 at 11:32

I need to get a small student loan (under $5,000), where's the best place in the area that you can get one for low interest and don't have to pay back until after you graduate or six months after you graduate?
