Tα ανθρώπινα δικαιώματα πέραν της νομικής τους διάστασης, δικαιολογούνται ηθικά, καθώς αξιώνουν τ... more Tα ανθρώπινα δικαιώματα πέραν της νομικής τους διάστασης, δικαιολογούνται ηθικά, καθώς αξιώνουν την ελευθερία και την αυτονομία που οφείλεται να αποδίδεται και να ισχύει για κάθε ανθρώπινο ον. Ο όρος "καθολικότητα των ανθρωπίνων δικαιωμάτων" σημαίνει την οικουμενικότητα των ανθρωπίνων δικαιωμάτων υπό την έννοια της αξίωσης εγκυρότητας. Αυτό πρακτικά εννοεί ότι ισχύουν για όλους τους ανθρώπους παντού και όλα τα κράτη των Ηνωμένων Εθνών υποχρεούνται να εφαρμόζουν πλήρως τα ανθρώπινα δικαιώματα στα εθνικά τους νομικά συστήματα. Ωστόσο η θεσμοθέτηση, η εφαρμογή, η χρήση, ο μετασχηματιστής, των ανθρωπίνων δικαιωμάτων διαφοροποιούνται στις διάφορες χώρες και υλοποιούνται με ετερογενή τρόπο σύμφωνα με το δόγμα του ευρωκεντρισμού. Κι αυτό διότι ο ευρωκεντρισμός είναι η ιδεολογική εκτίμηση της λειτουργίας των κοινωνιών, ευρωπαϊκών και μη σύμφωνα με τις δυτικές, ευρωπαϊκές ιδέες, αξίες και κανόνες. Ο τρόπος εφαρμογής του ευρωκεντρισμού συνδέεται στενά με τα συστήματα πρόνοιας, το βιοτικό επίπεδο, την φτώχεια, την ανάπτυξη και στο πλαίσιο του διαφορετικού δυτικού τρόπου ζωής αλλά και ανάλογα με τη χώρα και την κοινωνία ασκεί σημαντικότατη επίδραση στα ανθρώπινα δικαιώματα. Ωστόσο οι πολιτικοοικονομικές επιταγές των ευρωκεντρικών συστημάτων κοινωνικής πολιτικής των κρατών δυσκολεύουν την καθημερινότητα των επαγγελματιών κοινωνικών λειτουργών. Ενώ για την άσκηση της κοινωνικής εργασίας το ζητούμενο είναι η συνέργεια με την Ευρωκεντρική πραγματικότητα, οι πολιτικές επιταγές και αποφάσεις βασίζονται στην παραδοχή της κοινωνικής στρωμάτωσης, στην ύπαρξη ανισοτήτων, στις προσπάθειες για μείωση των άνισων συνθηκών εκκίνησης μέσα από μια διαφορετική φιλοσοφία κοινωνικής δικαιοσύνης και άρσης της κάθε είδους αδικίας και αποκλεισμών. Χαρακτηριστικά γνωρίσματα του ευρωκεντρισμού στην άσκηση της κοινωνικής εργασίας και της κοινωνικής πολιτικής αποτελούν α) οι διαφορετικές συνθήκες στην απόδοση των δικαιωμάτων του ανθρώπου, όπως επίσης και β) το γεγονός ότι η ανθρώπινη αξιοπρέπεια μπορεί να αξιολογηθεί πολύπλευρα και αντιμετωπίζεται διαφορετικά ανάλογα με τον πολιτισμό και την κουλτούρα σε κάθε χώρα.

Η αναγνώριση συγκεκριμένων χαρακτηριστικών ως πιθανών στοιχείων κακοποίησης και παραμέλησης ανηλί... more Η αναγνώριση συγκεκριμένων χαρακτηριστικών ως πιθανών στοιχείων κακοποίησης και παραμέλησης ανηλίκων είναι σήμερα πιο αναγκαία από ποτέ, τόσο λόγω της αύξησης των περιστατικών, όσο και των σοβαρών συνεπειών που μπορούν να προκαλέσουν στην ψυχοσυναισθηματική εξέλιξη και την μετέπειτα πορεία στη ζωή του παιδιού. Το οικογενειακό, το σχολικό αλλά και το ευρύτερο κοινωνικό περιβάλλον στο οποίο ζει,δραστηριοποιείται και αναπτύσσεται κάθε παιδί παίζει καταλυτικό ρόλο στην αναγνώριση των λεγόμενων δεικτών κακοποιητικής συμπεριφοράς ή και παραμέλησης. Ειδικότερα το
περιβάλλον του σχολείου θεωρείται κομβικό στην πρώιμη αναγνώριση, στην διαχείριση αλλά και για την έναρξη των απαιτούμενων διαδικασιών στην απαιτούμενη αντιμετώπιση. Κι αυτό διότι, το παιδί μέσα από τις μαθησιακές, παιδαγωγικές δραστηριότητες, εκδηλώνει με
ποικίλους τρόπους, ανάλογα με την ηλικία του, την τραυματική κατάσταση που βιώνει. Η σωστή εκτίμηση επικινδυνότητας από τους εκπαιδευτικούς συγκεκριμένων δεικτών στην συμπεριφορά του παιδιού, αλλά και στις επαφές που έχουν με τους γονείς τους, μπορεί να
συμβάλουν στην πρόληψη και την αντιμετώπιση τέτοιων καταστάσεων. Η συγκεκριμένη ανασκόπηση της ελληνικής πραγματικότητας όσον αφορά την αναγνώρισή της κακοποίησης ανηλίκων από τους εκπαιδευτικούς, παρουσιάζει τα βασικότερα χαρακτηριστικά σημάδια
ανίχνευσης και εκτίμησης της επικινδυνότητας που πρέπει να έχουν υπόψη τους οι εκπαιδευτικοί για την αντιμετώπιση τέτοιων περιστατικών, σύμφωνα με τα προβλεπόμενα στο θεσμικό πλαίσιο λειτουργίας των εκπαιδευτικών μονάδων.

Η υιοθεσία ως κοινωνικός θεσμός αποσκοπεί να καλύψει τόσο τις ψυχοσυναισθηματικές ανάγκες του παι... more Η υιοθεσία ως κοινωνικός θεσμός αποσκοπεί να καλύψει τόσο τις ψυχοσυναισθηματικές ανάγκες του παιδιού και να του εξασφαλίσει ένα μόνιμο και ασφαλές οικογενειακό περιβάλλον, όσο και των θετών γονιών με την ολοκλήρωση του οικογενειακού δεσμού. Οι παράγοντες που συμβάλλουν στην πραγματοποίησή της είναι οι βιολογικοί γονείς του προς υιοθεσία παιδιού, το ίδιο το παιδί, οι θετοί γονείς, οι αρμόδιες κοινωνικές υπηρεσίες και το δικαστήριο που αποφασίζει για την υιοθεσία. Πρόκειται για μια πολυδιάστατη και σύνθετη διαδικασία η οποία προσεγγίζεται θεσμικά, ερμηνευτικά και βιωματικά με ιδιαίτερο και διαφορετικό τρόπο για καθένα από τους εμπλεκόμενους και αποτιμάται εξίσου ξεχωριστά όσον αφορά την πορεία περαίωσή της αλλά και ως προς τα αποτελέσματά της. Η παρούσα μελέτη παρουσιάζει τα ευρήματα από την διερεύνηση των διαδικασιών στις διακρατικές έρευνες που διενεργήθηκαν στην Ελλάδα μεταξύ 2011 -2019 από τους αρμόδιους Φορείς των Περιφερειών που ορίζονται από τον νόμο, μεταξύ των οποίων είναι και η Διεθνής Κοινωνική Υπηρεσία-Ελληνικός Κλάδος, αλλά και τον τρόπο που βίωσαν
την διαδικασία οι ίδιοι οι θετοί γονείς και οι επαγγελματίες.

Η κρατική παρέμβαση στον κοινωνικό τομέα, μπορεί να εξηγηθεί ως αποτέλεσμα διαφορετικών εξελίξεων... more Η κρατική παρέμβαση στον κοινωνικό τομέα, μπορεί να εξηγηθεί ως αποτέλεσμα διαφορετικών εξελίξεων, με κυριότερη την οργάνωση του τρόπου παραγωγής, όπως επίσης και τις διεκδικήσεις ομάδων του πληθυσμού, μέσω των κοινωνικών κινημάτων με διαφορετικές τακτικές διεκδικήσεων σε κάθε χρονική συγκυρία. Η σημασία της σχέσης των κινητοποιούμενων ομάδων και υποκειμένων, μέσων και πόρων (υλικών και άυλων) προς τις εκάστοτε πολιτικές Αρχές ερμηνεύτηκε μεταξύ άλλων με τις θεωρίες της συλλογικής δράσης, των πολιτικών διαδικασιών, των πολιτικών ευκαιριών, αλλά και των νέων μορφών, όπως της συγκρουσιακής πολιτικής και της κινητοποίησης των πόρων που ακολούθησαν τα νέα κοινωνικά κινήματα. Με βάση τις θεωρίες αυτές αναδεικνύεται ότι υπάρχουν κοινά στοιχεία όπως η συλλογική δράση μέσα από την διαμόρφωση, ανάπτυξη και κινητοποίηση διαφορετικών, συγκριτικά με το παρελθόν, ποιοτικά και ποσοτικά δυνάμεων, μέσων και τρόπων αλληλεπίδρασης. Περαιτέρω χρησιμοποιούν ομοειδείς στρατηγικές, όπως της
συγκρουσιακής πολιτικής, της διαφορετικής υφής διεκδικήσεων και της αξιοποίησης κάθε είδους δυνητικά αξιοποιήσιμων πόρων για να επιτύχουν τα αιτήματά τους, ανεξάρτητα από τα διαφορετικά μοντέλα κοινωνικής πολιτικής. Αυτές οι νέες μορφές διεκδίκησης-αντιπαράθεσης-σύγκρουσης συνδιαμορφώνουν την πολιτική απάντηση συνήθως με την μορφή του κοινωνικού κράτους που συναντούμε σε κάθε χώρα αλλά εξειδικεύεται μέσω διαφορετικών μοντέλων που ακολουθούν, όσον αφορά τα μέτρα και τα προγράμματα κοινωνικής προστασίας, φροντίδας και πρόνοιας.

Social movements, as collective entities, develop to stand up against the existing institutional ... more Social movements, as collective entities, develop to stand up against the existing institutional status quo with a view to its reformation or radical transformation, while the degree to which they are political depends on wider socio-political factors. The diverse action that evolved through their organized mobilization marked the radical transformation of political response, but also the type of state intervention. Social movements exactly because they constitute wider socio-political undertakings that aim to bring about changes in the social, political, economic but also cultural processes, which seek to annul or sideline established standardizations, are considered one of the most readily available ways to express political and social claims; here they are understood to be dynamic interventions in institutionally and structurally complete social systems as in the case of the social state. Within the context of political mobilization and collective social action, social movements functioned at two interrelated levels: the level of expansion, but also of redefinition of social intervention processes in order to achieve the goals of the social state, and the cultural level, a symbolic promotion, in order to establish a greater degree of social justice. Mobilization of resources, collective behaviour for making claims, even contentious action and transaction with institutions and authorities, constitute views of social transformation and political process in the context of the creation and development of the social state.

The current paper endeavours to investigate and analyze trafficking in regard to the national man... more The current paper endeavours to investigate and analyze trafficking in regard to the national management policy of Greece and its particularities, by specializing and focusing, primarily, on the application of project-oriented organizational restructuring and strategic processes, as a necessary choice/requisite to address this major social problem. A primary element of the analysis is the description of the organized effort of the state to implement an effective policy to address the phenomenon by taking into account the characteristics of trafficking in Greece, and the existing structures and programmes. The weak points of the practices applied are highlighted by using SWAT analysis and a series of administrative and organizational interventions are proposed. An important element of the proposed changes is the coordination and communication among the parties involved, while considering the characteristics of human trafficking in Greece, as well as the deficiencies of the existing structures.

The descriptive analysis of the terminology used in social policy in the Federal Republic of Germ... more The descriptive analysis of the terminology used in social policy in the Federal Republic of Germany aims to the comprehension of the concepts and the various terms used, in order to, ultimately, demonstrate the differences and particularities that exist among them. The theoretical approaches as those are formed by academic knowledge, as well as the professional practice in Germany are also taken into consideration. Furthermore, the practical application of the terms that describe state sociopolitical intervention are presented and analyzed. The analysis clarifies the differentiation between the concepts of social policy, social state (Sozialstaat) and welfare state (Wohlfarsstaat) , and at the same time underlines the importance of particularities in the establishment of social security structures based on the use of specific terms and concepts. Great emphasis is placed on the practical aspect of the social policy exercised, i.e. the way that this concept is involved with the various social security systems and with the meaning that the organisational and operational principles of these systems have.

Το κείμενο διαπραγματεύεται τους τρόπους εφαρμογής της κοινοτικής ανάπτυξης στην Κύπρο από την κή... more Το κείμενο διαπραγματεύεται τους τρόπους εφαρμογής της κοινοτικής ανάπτυξης στην Κύπρο από την κήρυξη της ανεξαρτησίας της ως κυρίαρχο κράτος ως σήμερα, μέσα από απτά παραδείγματα καταγραφής των απαιτούμενων προσαρμογών στα δεδομένα και τις επιδράσεις εσωτερικές-εξωτερικές, σχεδιαζόμενες-έκτακτες στις εκάστοτε συγκυρίες. Περιγράφονται τα μοντέλα της κοινοτικής παρέμβασης σε συνθήκες εκτάκτου ανάγκης καθώς και της κοινοτικής ανασυγκρότησης, βάση των γεγονότων των ενδοκοινοτικών συγκρούσεων με αποκορύφωμα την εισβολή και κατοχή, όπως επίσης της κοινοτικής οργάνωσης και του Ευρωπαϊκού κοινοτικού σχεδιασμού που υλοποιήθηκαν κατά την μεταπολεμική περίοδο.

In the Federal Republic of Germany the exercise of social policy is based on the corporatist-cons... more In the Federal Republic of Germany the exercise of social policy is based on the corporatist-conservative model and its particular form of dual organization, with the participation of state and non-state agencies being institutionally determined. A brief historical overview of the creation of the social state in Germany is initially presented, along with the effect of the historical facts, the political and socioeconomic characteristics of the German system so that the composition and the operational philosophy of the dual form of the corporatist model can become clear. Next, the analysis centres on the structures, and the way in which the principles and organizational characteristics of the dual model of sociopolitical intervention are setup based on the provisions of its institutional framework of operation. The ulterior objective is to comprehend the main elements that define the administrative and executive synergy between the state and specific agencies of the social sector that contribute to the operation of the dual organizational model of the social state in Germany.

The current paper aims to highlight the correlation of individual co-perception as a basic elemen... more The current paper aims to highlight the correlation of individual co-perception as a basic element of synergy when planning and implementing health policies, as factors related to their effectiveness in neoliberal societies. Furthermore, it focuses on the importance of the consequent mentality that individuals exhibit when they make their choices on health issues as basic elements in shaping communication common ground when planning any policy. Based on the definition who included in the founding declaration of the WHO constitution, the description of the correlation between individual co-perception and neoliberal economy system, the paper highlights the multi-factor basis in formulating the concept of health today.
Specifically for the neoliberal system, health is an economic good, just like any other, and each individual has an autonomous role in acquiring it. According to the ideology of individualism, countries that adhere to the neoliberal model of social policy transfer a significant portion of the responsibility for health services to each individual and his behaviour. Based on this theory, each individual should develop his own judgement and behaviour and be considered responsible for the state of his health. In the case of the neoliberal model a very important role have the primary prevention in health which even though it is subject to the laws of supply and demand, nevertheless it is financially less taxing, since the cost of prevention is low compared to that of treatment. Additionally, its contribution is long-term and has a positive effect on practices that people adopt, through the process of learning and socialization.

The current paper examines the knowledge, perceptions and attitudes of adult students on matters ... more The current paper examines the knowledge, perceptions and attitudes of adult students on matters of behaviour that entail high-risk, but also on matters of health protection (sexually transmitted diseases) as factors directly related to and influencing their life on issues of prevention. First, a short overview of behavioural researches with statistical data is presented about the sexual activity of young people in Cyprus. It is followed by the research on the correlation between high risk sexual practices and habits of young adults. The research endeavours to explore practices young people use to identify the risks they are exposed to, take precautions and behave rationally in order to prevent serious conditions that may lead to insurmountable problems decisive for their life. The method used for data collection was structured questionnaires. The investigation results are presented with the formulation of specific research hypotheses/questions, which were examined by using the method of qualitative data analysis. The conclusion emphasizes the prevalent mentality in conjunction with the influence the family has in Cyprus, since parents function as powerful role models for their children.

The multidimensional phenomenon of trafficking and specifically trafficking in human beings for s... more The multidimensional phenomenon of trafficking and specifically trafficking in human beings for sexual purpose is a major social problem in a domestic and international level. The conception of that issue is rooted in the participants' interest about the size and intensity of this phenomenon in a country that is plagued by a strong economic and social crisis, Greece, where it now seems infeasible to use effective coping mechanisms during this growing situation, so sexual trafficking, causes today a number of ethical, social, cultural and ethnic issues. This paper starts with a thorough literature review as the introductory step of reference, understanding and consolidate this phenomenon and continues with scientific recording and evaluating all the parameters that generate it. Additionally, this paper collects information and utilizes research results regarding in approach policies and management practices of the responsible government agencies and NGOs to date, and finally proposes the implementation of specialized organizational structures oriented projects and innovative operational and communication procedures as the best practice of dealing with the difficult and uncertain conditions prevailing in that country.

Taking into consideration the financial crisis afflicting modern societies, the proposal aims to offer modern operational techniques that regard the human factor as the driving force of the enterprise and thereby contribute significantly to the identification of core labour problems and of effective policies to address them. At the same time, it endeavours to contribute to the systematic study of human behaviour in the workplace.
This paper aims to highlight the melding of these two disciplines in the context of the theory of systems, theory of decisions, organizational culture, job satisfaction and the evaluation and management of sensitive social groups. The proposal aims to fill a big gap, present in Greek and Bulgarian literature, concerning the linking of the fields of Human Resource Management and Sociology.
This paper presents reflections that could develop modern labour relations and promote the link between sociology and human resource management. The proposal is based on the study of written evidence, using, on the one hand, the historical method to link human resource management with sociology and, on the other, the comparative method in order to highlight the similarities of labour structures.

Over the last years, the need for the intervention of social welfare for the protection and the p... more Over the last years, the need for the intervention of social welfare for the protection and the provision of supportive assistance to unaccompanied alien minors is emerging with remarkable emphasis, as a response to the demand for aligning with new measures/programmes related to immigration. The proposed intervention describes the operation of a pilot programme providing specialised services, adjusted to the particular needs of the population group of unaccompanied alien minors. The provided services cover the full spectrum of the juveniles’ needs, including those stemming from the particularity of their traumatic experiences, and incorporate supportive and counseling services throughout the processes of reception, accommodation, care, legal representation and support during the course of obtaining asylum and supporting documents. The operation of this plan began its implementation as a pilot programme at the end of 2005, in Munich and Nuremberg, by the Ministry of the Interior of the State of Bavaria, Germany

It is considered a good practice used in a number of countries in order to deal with obstacles an... more It is considered a good practice used in a number of countries in order to deal with obstacles and difficulties that arise during the communication and transactions between aliens and state services. The use of intercultural mediators aims to address difficulties in transactions with services dealing with matters such as granting asylum, care and welfare, health and education, as well as in the socio-cultural context in order to cater to their everyday needs. The ultimate aim is to support integration and to limit problems that arise due to problematic, wrong and/or latent in meaning language and cultural communication. Intercultural mediators are trained and used by social workers of the social services for aliens of Germany, according to the principles of Intercultural Social Work and includes training on techniques of mediation, support and communication intervention. Through the operation of the programme its practical usefulness became clearly apparent, to the point that the services offered by mediators are now being requested by the numerous other agencies and government services.

The component parts of this sequence are interlinked and have a cumulative effect on the final outcome of the process, defined as community development. From the war of 1974 to the present, the course of community development and community change in Cyprus is one of many tangible examples of the effort to document the necessary actions/adjustments to new conditions. However their results, i.e. the eventual changes they prompt, are indirect, and as they require time to become perceptible, they cannot easily be recognized as elements of progress by the average person who is often hesitant or even critical of anything new and doubts their effect.

basis as well. Therefore the health question cannot be solved through care services alone, but through the
harmonious coexistence of the individual and his ecological and social environment. The existence of Health
Services is a fundamental agent of social organisation and quality of life. The social determination of health
which does not deny the biological part of the person, but rather correlates it to the social conditions” (Greek
Cancer Society, 1991: 73) is the dimension that rehabilitation sciences, such as Nursing and Social Work, take
into account. Hence, social causality should be examined as a determining factor in shaping health. The
disciplines participating in the provision of care, rehabilitation and welfare services have vast fields of intervention,
which are mostly implemented in the natural space, family, work and social; they always take into account the
extent of the framework of the possible needs and causality factors, of problems pertaining to the individual or the
community (Agrafiotis, 1993).

Zu den wichtigsten aktuellen Einflussfaktoren der Sozialpolitik gehört heutzutage die Rolle der E... more Zu den wichtigsten aktuellen Einflussfaktoren der Sozialpolitik gehört heutzutage die Rolle der Europäische Union, die nicht nur die komplexe Verflechtung zwischen den Ursachen der sozialen Problematik und den Bemühungen um ihre Aufhebung in den Mitgliedstaaten in Betracht zieht und auflistet, sondern vielmehr zukunftsorientiert Ergebnisse für sich selbst als supranationale Institution zu erzielen versucht. Es wird unbezweifelt anerkannt, dass die Vielfältigkeit der angestrebten Lösungen auf EU-Ebene nur durch eine Mischung aus unterschiedlichen Maßnahmen ihrer Mitgliedstaaten möglich wird, was konkret dem wohlfahrtsstaatlichen Modell der pluralistischen Intervention entspricht. Dies bedeutet jedoch sicher nicht, dass die staatlichen Institutionen ihre Arbeit vorher mangelhaft geleistet haben. Vielmehr war die Polymerie der Verflechtung zwischen den verschiedenen staatlichen, sozialpolitischen Akteuren, Institutionen und Beteiligten fast zu jeder Zeit präsent. Was heute anders ist, ist die vielseitige Bearbeitung und Behandlung der Probleme bzw. die Orientierung an sozialpädagogischen Lösungen metaphylaktischer Art, die von der europäischen Dimension als praktizierte Kooperation zwischen den EU-Staaten vorangetrieben wird; denn: aufgrund der höheren Zahl der beteiligten Staatsakteure, der Komplexität der Verflechtung, der Intensität der Verhandlungen und der schnelleren Abwechslung der Rhythmen ist die EU-Vereinigung dazu aufgefordert, weit mehr als bisher integrativer zu denken. Während also die Staatssysteme sozialer Sicherung des vergangenen Jahrhunderts ihre Bemühungen einzeln auf die materielle Absicherung der Risiken konzentrierten, steht heute für die Sozialpolitik des EU-Raums die Herausforderung einer funktionsfähigen und praktischen Koordination und natürlich der Entstehung der entsprechenden Dienste im Vordergrund.

Social policy, today, cannot be defined anymore as a single-dimensional process which is practise... more Social policy, today, cannot be defined anymore as a single-dimensional process which is practised exclusively by state policy intervention. It is a bilateral relationship where each country’s citizens are actively involved. This is accomplished through the interaction of the state mechanism and the citizens, both as recipients of services and assessors of their efficiency, but more so in shaping – to a certain degree – the political decisions. Based on the active participation of citizens in the socio-political pluralistic model of social policy practice, various facets are expected to be presented upon its implementation, depending on each country’s particularities. The influence of mentality and culture are the most fundamental factors which shape the social pluralism model. The comparative presentation of these factors contributes to an improved comprehension of the way in which the pluralistic socio-political models of each country function.

Η έννοια της παγκοσμιοποίησης ως οργάνωση του κόσμου με ενιαία μορφή, έχει πνευματική και υλική χ... more Η έννοια της παγκοσμιοποίησης ως οργάνωση του κόσμου με ενιαία μορφή, έχει πνευματική και υλική χροιά και η πραγμάτωσή της επιδρά στην άσκηση της κοινωνικής πολιτικής. Σημαντικό στοιχείο στην παγκοσμιοποίηση αποτελεί η ρευστότητα των αξιών και η κατασκευή ενός βαθμιαία επιβαλλόμενου πολιτισμού στην οικονομική, πολιτική, κοινωνική και πολιτισμική του διάσταση, με την χρήση της τεχνολογίας. Ως παράγωγο δε της παγκοσμιοποίησης, αναδεικνύονται μια σειρά τυποποιήσεων στον τρόπο δράσης, με βασικότερο τον περιορισμό της κρατικής παρέμβασης και την σύγκρουση που παρατηρείται μεταξύ αξιών και του υλιστικού προσανατολισμού. Η κρατική παρέμβαση σε πολλές πτυχές της καθίσταται κατευθυνόμενη προς τυποποιημένες μορφές υποστήριξης, από την μεριά του κοινωνικού κράτους, ιδιαίτερα με την μορφή συστημάτων αύξησης της συναντίληψης της ατομικής ευθύνης. Η δε αναδιανεμητική λειτουργία αμφισβητείται και στην θέση της εμφανίζονται ποικίλες μικροσυλλογικότητες που δίνουν μεγαλύτερη βαρύτητα στον ιδιωτικό χώρο, το ατομικό συμφέρον με τάσεις ομογενοποίησης των δράσεων των προγραμμάτων και των προτύπων. Επιπλέον στα πλαίσια σύγκλισης της ΕΕ εξετάζονται υπό το πρίσμα της παγκοσμιοποίησης τα ζητήματα ενός όσο το δυνατό ομοιο
