Roger  Vandomme

Roger’s career has been built on the fundamentals of data analysis, predictive modeling and related decision-making. Roger has an outstanding unmatched skill-set in the field of predictive modeling and has completed numerous studies and research on decision heuristics and biases, developing reasoning methods and processes around systemic design and game theory. With a 20 year experience in credit scoring, Roger has been involved in most of recent Fintech credit adjudication automation engines.Roger holds a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Paris University, a MBA from Queen’s University, and a Master in Defense Studies with the Royal Canadian Military College.

The reality of contemporary asymmetric conflicts forces an acknowledgement of a military power’s ... more The reality of contemporary asymmetric conflicts forces an acknowledgement of a military power’s inability to gain a political victory for itself alone. We find an issue worse than defeat: non­victory, faced with an adversary who rejects the war we want to impose on him. Confronted with this situation, complex and destabilizing for most militaries, and faced with the evidence that the solution is in a dimension other than that of armed conflict, we are seeing a renewed interest in what are called Information Operations (IO). However, a plunge into the IO universe reveals an often unknown world, sometimes unstructured and in constant evolution.

Generation Z and its contribution in the formal and informal sectors are starting to appear. This... more Generation Z and its contribution in the formal and informal sectors are starting to appear. This is inseparable from the MSME sector, where generation Z brings a new result-oriented work pattern with the optimization of technology and information. In higher education, carrying out a response to the 4.0 industrial revolution requires universities to prepare gen Z students to adapt to this environment. This study aims to explore how the perceptions of gen Z students regarding entrepreneurship education in higher education by seeing whether it has an impact on innovative behavior. Basic research on survey research in tertiary institutions in Malang City has a mission focus on entrepreneurial spirit, namely Brawijaya University, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim, and the University of Muhammadiyah Malang 175 respondents and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The result shows that entrepreneurship education with a pedagogic approach significantly affects innovative behavior, differs from the alternative approach. This research is expected to contribute to the current model of entrepreneurship education formulation.
