In each country there are various aspects of dangerous driving of empirical and practical concern and there are also individual differences to be explored. The present study aims at profiling the Romanian aggressive driver and questioning whether there are differences according to demographic variables such as: gender, age, area of living, marital status, religion, socio-economic status and level of instruction. An educational purpose may be nevertheless included. If psychologist may be provided with the profile of psychological driver and the predisposition of some to risky drivind according to age, marital status, religion, area of living and other demographic variables, they may shorten the time spent for evaluation and recommend counseling sessions for anger management for those identified with risky driving behavior. Nevetheless, other sound measures of dangerous driving are needed to understand differences and commonalties between aggression, negative cognitive/emotional driving, and risky driving. The study presents the DDDI results that might help psychologist in evaluating some variables that are part of the profile of the aggressive driver in Romania; we used it as a psychometric screening tool to select individuals who are prone to dangerous driving styles and who could benefit from sketching a cognitive-behaviour therapy (CBT)-type therapeutic intervention, at least in Romania. The educational implication of this study are that such types of interventions as cognitive-behavioral interventions (e.g., relaxation, cognitive restructuring, and behavioral skill building) may be suggested after testing the drivers in order to reduce and maintain reductions of driving anger, aggressive anger expression, aggression, risky behavior, and general anger

The comparative research is aimed to investigate if there are significant differences between corporate subjects from Western Europe and the Middle East on the one hand and from Romania, on the other. The originality of the theme resides in the comparative approach between the two groups of subjects, and the novelty of the theme is reflected in the absence of relevant studies and research in Romania regarding the effect of adverse childhood experiences on the professional and personal evolution of peo...

In this regard, the following categories of contexts were considered: academic behaviour during online teaching activities, attitudes towards changes in education, especially during the pandemic of COVID 2, epistemic interest and curiosity, willingness to try new things, tolerance of ambiguity / uncertainty. In the context of university education, we define resilience as the ability of members of the academic community to effectively manage stress, academic failure, and other negative personal events that may influence personal and professional development and academic progress. The research on the process of "resilience in higher education" encompassed the following explanatory paradigm: an increased level of resilience of the academic community is considered a predictor related to increasing in academic performance; In the context of university teaching activities, two categories of professors can be identified, as it follows: a category of professors demotivated by the stress of university teaching activities due to the lack of academic performance of the students and another category of those motivated by academic success. The research is aimed at identifying the factors that influence emotional resilience within university education. The research is quantitative, conducted on a sample of 80 university professors

In this article, we will analyse the dynamics of the factors involved in didactic communication and identify the real and potential stressors for teachers teaching before pandemic; we will also assess their perceptions of the anxiety felt about online teaching and how it affects educational communication. The hypothesis of the research postulates that the stress perceived by the teachers has elevated during pandemic and the educational communication has gone through a series of changes and reorientations both at the level of the didactic strategies adopted and the regulation of anxiety factors involved (the feeling of safety, the perception of break as a stress factor instead of relaxation, the volume of tasks attributed to each teacher etc). The research variables were the pandemic context in school environment, the level of stress as perceived by the teachers and the educational communication. Th...

The main goal of this study was to determine the ways in which personality traits was related to aggressive behaviour during driving; the research tools represented by DECAS inventory used to find out if there are correlations between personality traits and types of driving. In our analyses, we selected participants betwen 20 and 55 years of old and their driving experience; gender was not a significant factor and as such was not controlled for in the analyses. Regression analyses showed that the data fit well with our theoretical model. The relationship between openness and aggressive driving is mediated by the driver’s anger, whereas agreeableness and conscientiousness had both a direct and indirect relations with aggressive driving. Our research study accounts for a relatively high percentage of the aggressive driving variance, suggesting the usefulness of assessing global personality traits for ...

Following G. Moser's classification, four major conceptions regarding aggressive behaviour shall be placed under analysis: instinctual theories – consider that aggression is a manifestation of an innate impulse or instinct; reactive theories – consider aggressive behaviour as a reaction to frustrating, unpleasant situations; theories of learning – according to which aggressive behaviour is a behaviour acquired through different mechanisms, such as learning through imitation and / or observation; cognitive approach – which emphasizes the internal central cognitive processes inserted between stimuli and the behavioural response of the individual. By addressing the main theoretical points, this paper deals with classical theories of aggression and their definition of...

However, the most important and truely significant seems to be the latter; how the contemporary man defines illnesses and how he uses this process to redefine his true being. Nowadays we face an obvious spiritual crisis meant to urge each of us to start a new process of redefining our spiritual identity. This paper is intented to remind us of the essence of our being on the one hand and of the Christian duty to fight against illness on the other hand, to bear permanently with us the model of Jesus, of the Holly Parents, who were subject to deseases also out of reasons that are related to God's iconomy. The limits of medicine are visible there where miracles start to reveal themselves and the healing of the body symbolizes and announces the healing of the entire Being. Recent research findings on the factors encompassed by the learning process and on brain working theories are stimulating a re-examination of traditional principles of designing teaching and learning experiences. This paper is intended to help teachers and educators to improve their teaching and learning methodologies in working with students. Precisely, the principles presented here are not only meant to deepen our understanding of traditional core learning principles, but they are also intended to provide practical guidance on how to design learning experiences for our new high technology environments.

The psychological premise of this theoretical paper is that surrender of illusions and fears in fellowship with others is at the core of life. The background principle of this approach is that Imago Therapy may be a natural adjunct of couples' spiritual beliefs and their commitment to helping each other achieve fulfilment in their marriage relationship. For more than a decade, The Imago Model in Action has been used regularly by therapists interested in this effective and now well-known model of working with couples. If we look at the core of this model in action, we see that the effect is merely the same both at the functional and psychological level. Both persons reconnect and reconstruct the emotional fundamentals of their marriage. Still, the significant differences appear at the level of principality. For the orthodox perspective, the very notion of marriage as a sacrament presupposes that a man is not only a being with physiological, psychological, and social functions, but that he is a citizen of God's Kingdom; whereas the Imago model focusses on healing the childhood wounds and reconnection which can keep marriage relationships fresh and dynamic.

During this period the foundation of good communication, relationships with others, activities that will lead the child towards the beginning of his personality formation are laid. Micro-research aims to find out to what extent the activities in the family environment and the preschool are oriented towards the formation of healthy behavior with specific social integration notes, then the child will be assured active group / community integration by forming specific patterns of autonomy. In research paper we aim at achieving the following objectives: to identify how wellbeing process is understood by educators and parents by ensuring quality of life in terms of health, material status, access to education or quality social services; to highlight the physical, mental and cultural links between play, learning and physical and mental...

The contribution of the study is highlighted in the theoretical basis of the term representation in the field of psychology and mathematics teaching. The purpose of this paper was to investigate teachers' opinions on the process of mathematical representations’ forming. Respondents are primary school teachers who have voluntarily agreed to take part in the survey. The research tool is a questionnaire created through Google Forms and applied online. The obtained results highlight the positive vision of the respondents on the interdisciplinary approach in the formation of mathematical representations.
