All of the e-mails sent to Mayor Bozeman have helped immensely I believe. Every phone call, every letter, every e-mail, EVERYTHING is helping us. I mean to put myself and Jason Clackley in charge of everything but I think this is the best idea because we’ve been working really hard on getting necessary info, making phone calls, and organizing meetings and stuff. This is also a better idea so we can make sure everything stays more organized and there isn’t a bunch of confusion. I don’t want this to sound controlling in the least bit; I just want to make sure everyone is on the same page. So I think if anyone wants any info on any of this, or wants to share any info on this, my email is downsizedyouth@hotmail.com and my cell phone number is (360)471-5197. Also, to everyone who HAS made any such contact, I can’t stress enough how important it is that we also re-write each letter and e-mail and send them to the Kitsap County Commissioners as well as the Kitsap County Sheriff. I know it might seem like a pain, but you have to look at the bigger picture here everyone. If weather permits, we will be meeting at 5:00 p.m. at the gazebo on 4th and Washington in downtown Bremerton. This is a block or two up from the ferry, and on the same street as the roxy. It’s important everyone gets to have their say about everything and has an input in this.As far as the city council meeting goes, it is on May 3rd at 5:30 p.m. I know previous statements said 8:30 but somewhere along the lines someone read something wrong and that was what was quoted to me. But I checked with the council and it is most definitely at 5:30 p.m. Please make sure your family and friends know about this time change so there isn’t any confusion. At 4 p.m. the same day, we will all be meeting at the same gazebo (the one on 4th and Washington) to make sure everything is set and organized. Organization is the key here everyone, as it is extremely important that they know we are passionate about this enough to present ourselves accordingly. This is the latest news for everyone, and I hope everyone will come out and show their support. I will continue to make updates as the days go on and as new info is passed along to me.
