See nomineesThe Motion Picture Sound Editors org has tapped the nominees for its 51st annual Golden Reel Awards.

Among the 19 categories, Disney’s “Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl” leads the film contenders with three nominations.

Miramax’s “Cold Mountain” and “Kill Bill Vol. 1,” Warner Bros.’ “The Last Samurai,” New Line’s “The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King,” Fox’s “Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World,” Universal’s “Seabiscuit” and Screen Gems’ “Underworld” each received two.

Disney also dominated the toon categories, with “Brother Bear,” “Finding Nemo” and “Jungle Book 2” receiving multiple mentions.

For episodic TV, NBC’s “American Dreams,” “ER” and “Third Watch,” CBS’ “Without a Trace” and HBO’s “Carnivale” each received two nominations.

The Golden Reel Awards will be presented Feb. 28 at the Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles. At the gala, director Arthur Hiller will present Don Hall with a career achievement award.
