Meet Miller
At just three years old, Miller is unstoppable.
Even a rare and undiagnosable genetic condition hasn’t slowed him down. But his journey hasn’t been easy.
Global developmental delay, hypotonia, and dyskinetic movement disorder made getting around difficult. Regardless, Miller’s parents were determined to give him every opportunity to thrive.
But progress was slow. Through hours of intensive therapy, Miller longed for one thing: to play outside with his brothers. Unfortunately, the mobility frame insurance provided wasn’t built for outdoor use, leaving him stuck indoors. Then, during a therapy session, Miller was introduced to a Race Runner—a specialized frame that lets kids move safely on uneven terrain. For the first time, Miller could walk freely and play outside with his brothers! With every step, his mobility and gait grew stronger, and his confidence soared.
But at $5,500, a Race Runner was still out of reach. That’s when Variety stepped in. With funding and support, Miller received his very own Race Runner, and everything changed for the better.

Fifteen-year-old Eloise’s life was turned upside down when she was involved in a horrific mountain biking accident in 2019 and as a result, acquired a severe brain injury. Prior to her accident, Eloise was a mountain biking champion, and was a passion she shared with her whole family.

The Variety International Children’s Fund is pleased to support this home for orphans and operated by Abundant Life Care India, (ALC) was founded in 2001. The ALC Home grew out of the vastly needed help for the ever increasing number of unwanted or improperly cared for children in India. This includes children who were imprisoned

The Variety Gold Heart Pin
Variety – the Children’s Charity has partnered with Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures to create a limited-edition gold heart pin with the highly anticipated film AVATAR: FIRE AND ASH, in theatres nationwide on December 19, 2025. The collector’s pin is exclusively available through participating exhibition partners and are available starting December 12, 2025 for a minimum donation of $3.00 in movie theatres throughout the U.S. while supplies last.
